Saturday 3rd shift crew are beasts! Cleared the drive thru line fast, correct order, yummy food. Extremely organized and hard working. Thank you guys! It's greatfully appreciated to have good food service in the middle of the night!

Never going back to this location! We stopped by on Sunday evening (June 22) hoping to place a simple to-go order. As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately started shouting “closing the lobby” over and over - right in our faces, with no explanation or willingness to answer any questions.
We politely tried to clarify if we could still place an order to go or if we needed to use the drive-thru, but the employee kept yelling the same phrase without any further response or acknowledgment. It was rude, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. We weren’t being confrontational at all - just asking a basic question calmly.
This location is only 5 minutes from our house and used to be convenient, but after being treated with such blatant disrespect, we will absolutely not be returning.
Taco Bell corporate should seriously look into the behavior at this branch.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit today around 9:35 PM. My companions and I entered the restaurant and began placing our order at the self-service kiosk. At that point, an employee from the kitchen began loudly stating, “We’re closed in the lobby, we’re not taking orders.”

I politely asked whether this meant we should place our order to-go or use the drive-thru instead, but the employee continued repeating the same message in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, without providing any clarification. Another employee kindly approached to explain the situation, but the first individual continued speaking over her(we are closed in the lobby , we are closed in the lobby), making it difficult for us to understand what our options were.

Due to the confusion and the disrespectful tone of the first employee, we ultimately decided to leave without placing an order. I believe that all customers deserve clear and courteous communication, especially around closing time, and I hope the manager can address this incident appropriately. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected.

After visiting the restaurant's drive-thru, we immediately noticed unauthorized transactions on our card. We have canceled the card and are disputing these charges. Take this as a warning to use cash at this location.

The worst service ever the lady in the window kept lying about the menu I pray that she is not the manager for the sake of others! and when I did get my food it was the driest and nastiest I have ever seen! The chicken in my crunch wrap might have been 2 days ago the beans in my nacho bell grande were so dry they could start a fire in the wet season!!! And the I asked for guacamole on my nachos and some kinda alien goo I tried to call 12 times and got the same line is busy after ringing like 6 times.. I would must definitely like a refund this is insane that lady should be fired immediately! I used to work at taco bell in Lebanon and Maineville I have never seen anything like this in my life! The standard for name must not matter no more..

We went drive-thru late night and the person named JUSTIN R took our order was so rude from the beginning and was not listening properly to what we were requesting. We had a request of not putting any meat in the food and end up getting meat after we hit the interstate for a long drive. We were just stopping by on our way and we are not local to the place. I understand mistake happens but the point is he was not listening what we were requesting and then instead of apologising We called him to request a full refund on behalf of this mistake, and he went rude again and said he can't refund the money but he said i can go back and he'll make another same order with the request. Now, we were 10 miles ahead so we can't go back. I talked to manager next day and manager was asking me to come over to store to get the refund, he claimed that he can't refund my money just back to the same card i paid with. It was a Lie. They sure can refund the money for the food without me being there, but they don't want to clearly. I've never had these bad experience with taco bell before and i am so upset the manager was not even trying to help and trying to listen. I'm gonna file a complaint with the tacobell customer service. I called their corporate office to get this case reviewed and the lady did not even said sorry and started offering me coupons.
