Jade, evening bistro Chef, was amazing. Her service was amazing the food was great. She made the hummus from scratch, which was the best. Thanks again. The next day she asked about our trip and how the baseball games were. Again, top notch.

This breakfast and after hours bar is located in the Courtyard Marriott. If you eat breakfast here know there may be only one person taking, delivering, and cooking!

Hotel is very well located. Currently, it is undergoing renovations; however, the rooms are terrific. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is great. When we got home, we discovered my daughter left two treasured stuffed animals in the room. Living far away, I wasn't sure if I could get them back. But the front desk worked with me. I simply sent them prepaid postage through email and they mailed it back to our home.
We used to stay at Springhill Suites when we were in this area, but changed to Marriott Courtyard because we had Bonvoy points...and so glad we did! Hotel is clean, updated, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Pool is small (there is a hot tub), but we were there on a week night so had it to ourselves with our grandkids. Best part is that it is right across from Skyline Chili...my hometown favorite (I grew up in Cincinnati). Will be staying here again next time we are traveling through!!
- Hotel ran out of room keys and it took 40 minutes to check in. Attendant was doing the best but no support from hotel management. Just 1 employee doing everything! - Refrigerator in room did not work. - Pillows are too soft. - Room is average - way overpriced for what it offers. - Property seems old. - Free coffee at the lobby but was not being refilled. No proper breakfast service. Marriott is really cutting corners in customer service. Apparently do not offer cleaning service unless you stay for more than 5 days. Would not recommend this place. However, surrounding area is fairly upscale.
Great hotel! Everything was clean. Front desk staff was VERY nice and helpful! The beds were comfortable (even the pillows were comfy). Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and hated to leave to move on to our next hotel/location. We will be back!
We reserved a block of 25 rooms for family and guests at our son's wedding. The front desk staff was rude, failed to give out welcome bags as guests checked-in and charged at least one of our guests $50 over the block rate. The first morning I woke up at this hotel, I went downstairs for coffee and stood in line at the Bistro and listened to the woman working the front desk complaining to the barista about 'that wedding party' and how we moved the chairs in the lobby the night before (remember we had a large group) and didn't put them back in the right places...really?!? Later that evening, after the wedding, a busload of one inebriated groom and 40 other happy people returned to the hotel and were greeted by the front desk ogre who immediately informed us that she had already had complaints and we all needed to go to our rooms!!! Complaints? We had been gone all day and just returned!!! As adults, we took issue with being sent to our rooms and when we challenged her she called her general manager who yelled at us over the speaker phone and even called one of our relatives who has been 6 years sober a "drunk"! The GM then threatened to call the police on us if we did not go to our rooms. Apparently, that is their standard operating procedure.... four guests from another large party were also threatened with a call to the police because they too had never heard of 'quiet time' after 11:00 pm in the lobby of a hotel on Friday and Saturday night! The third morning I woke up to go down for coffee, I got to hear the front desk ogre bragging to the woman relieving her from her shift about "oh, I handled them..... they know I'm not playin" as she was walking through the lobby. So, 2 of the 3 mornings at this hotel the front desk person is talking smack about our party to other associates in front of other guests .... too stupid to notice or too rude to care that the mother of the groom is standing right there! Other notable issues were: - they refused to give multiple people in our party clean towels - didn't open the Bistro for happy hour from 5 - 7 on Saturday night - told a guest who left a bag at the hotel after checking out, that she would have to have UPS come to the hotel, box up her bag and ship it herself. As a consultant, I spend about 1/3 of the year in hotels and I have never even heard of such ridiculous behavior from a hotel's front desk staff. Furthermore, to have a GM yell at and name-call a guest that is not happy with the service they are receiving is down-right unacceptable!!

This hotel is located in West Chester, Ohio, which is in the Cincinnati suburbs and houses a mall and IKEA! So of course the location is great and there are tons of excellent hotels! This one just so happened to be the cheapest, decent hotel so I selected it! If I’m being honest, $85.00 would have been a great deal, but I ended up paying way over 100 bucks which made it more expensive than the other hotels here! That’s because breakfast isn’t included, and is, get this, $34.00 for 2 people. The worst part, it wasn’t even that good! On the bright side, every employee I talked to were pleasant, the pool, fitness center, and business center were all nice! Like all Marriot-Bonvoy locations, there is a small store in the lobby! Parking is plentiful and having the front doors be automatic is always nice! There are two, speedy elevators, and even though I was staying on the 5th floor, which is the top floor, I never had to wait too long! Now for the rooms, tiny comes to mind. When you walk in, you see how cramped it really is! In terms of secturity, along with the outside doors requiring a key card, there is a deadbolt and latch lock as well as a peephole and clearly readable fire map! The restroom is off to the right as you first walk in and is the highlight of the room! The sink is large and the toilet is off in its own little area! The shower was amazing with fogged glass doors, beautiful tile, a marble seat, and awesome product and pressure! The entry way was decent and house a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ice bucket, which is always nice! Be careful, the night stand sticks out into the entry way and is bad about busting knees. The bed is parallel to you and is comfortable and there are plenty of outlets and storage around the bed! It is important to know that the bed is cramed in and lacks space on the side! There is a couch in front of the bed next to the window that was comfortable and pulled out into a bed! The sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable unfortunately! There was a dirty lamp with a power port above the sofa! Going along the left side of the room is a panel of built in furniture! The closet is decent with lots of clever storage solutions, though the floor was rather dirty! There is a nice smart T.V and a chest of drawers! Why do hotels love to cram all of the sofa bed linens in drawers. This means that it’s always a game of if there clean or not! The desk is nice and well lit with plenty of power, but it was rather sticky on the bottom and the chair was full of crumbs! The biggest problem I have with the room was that the carpet was disgusting! The view was nothing special, just of the Residence Inn next door, and the HVAC did work well! The room is really dark, however I was able to work around this by point the desk lamp up! Be warned, the hot water gets very, very hot! Overall, a decent hotel, though with all of the little issues adding up and the steep breakfast, I can’t say I’d recommend the hotel considering all of the great options near by!
We were in the area for a sporting event and this was the team hotel. Overall, this is a very nice property with a great location near the interstate and other shopping and restaurants. It was easy to get to and not in a congested area at all. Our room was clean and quiet as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Naomi who helped us at check-in. My only disappointment was the breakfast offered for our team. I realize this hotel doesn't usually offer a daily breakfast bar like other hotels (Fairfield Inn, Sleep Inn, Quality Inn, etc.), and they were doing this on account of the teams staying in the hotel. However, I expected the food to at least be up to the level of these perceived lesser hotels. It was not. There were no biscuits, only one meat selection (sausage patties), and not even a waffle maker or juice offering. In the end, it was a pleasant stay, but I did expect a better breakfast for the money paid.
I have stayed at this hotel several times during the Christmas holiday over the last few years. The hotel is clean, well located, excellent staff and great amenities. I generally travel to this property on my own, and the staff is very friendly and make you feel at home.
I travel a lot for business, and have learned different hotels define “business center” differently. Sometimes their printer can’t print much of anything, except maybe a boarding pass - just in case a guest doesn’t have a phone. Anyway, everything was nice and clean, but what I really liked is they accommodated my request to have some pages printed in color. Very helpful.
