Such a disappointment! This place was empty at 5:30 and after our food came I see why. The 1/4 chicken was so tough a knife couldn’t cut it. The ribs and pork were just OK. The restrooms were both lacking paper towels and TP. Our waitress was good, but the prices were very high for very disappointing food.

My friend and I took his kids to Smokey bones Friday. Service was great and working in the service industry my self it's nice to be the one sitting enjoying a great meal! Haley was amazing!! I never had to ask for anything!!

Our server, Haley, was very attentive and was moving fast to cover lots of tables (something rare these days). The food was good as usual and quick to come out. Always recommend this Smokey Bones location for its service and atmosphere. The only thing I am disappointed in is they changed their donuts. They used to be great and to die for but not anymore. Wish they would bring back the old recipe of them. But everything else is what brings us back again.

Had a great experience at Smokey Bones this evening! Jordan was our server and he was kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. We got the fried pickles, shared a brisket platter with sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese. Of course had to opt for the hot donuts to end the meal. Jordan was kind enough to bring our food out already split on two different plates. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

The order was completely wrong. I ordered 5 sandwiches and every single one had an issue. The sweet tea was unsweet. I paid for extra patties on 2 of the sandwiches and did not receive them. The fries were undercooked.

The worst experience ever entire order was wrong ordered double burgers and got singles no sauce on them ordered pickles didn't get them. Don't recommend at all

Had lunch here during spring break travels and was surprised there were so few people. Close to empty in fact. The food I would rate as middle of the road. Not bad, but definitely had better barbecue. The prices were way too high for the portions Our waiter was a great guy but I don’t know his name. There you have it.
Went on Monday for the BOGO wings, well some how they gave me two orders of burnt wings .Really!!!!!!!!!!

I ate at a Smokey Bones in another state years ago so I recognized the name. When I 1st entered I immediately noticed the lack of smoke smell. It seemed odd but I later figured out why.I ordered baby backs and baked beans.I thought it odd that they didn't separate the bones .....it was 1/3 of a slab with 4 bones connected. No big deal but being from Tennessee, I know how to serve ribs. First bite was so disappointing. Not seasoning and no smoke at all!!!!I really believe they were baked instead of smoked and they just slapped them on the plate and added sauce. Needless to say, I will never be back. They should change the name to Bones, No Smoke Here!!!

I was a regular customer and within the last year I stopped ordering here because prices had skyrocketed. I decided to visit today as i saw a special on a rack of ribs for $19.99. I ordered carryout and when i got home the ribs were overcooked, tough and mostly bones and just tasted bad. The fries were overcooked, looked bad and tasted horrible The baked beans were good and the garlic bread was good. and thats all i ate. So Im officially done with this restaurant i dont feel this staff values or cares about the service they provide and is willing to serve people anything I dont trust this place anymore.

We stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes. Employees walked by and ignored us. A driver came in for a carry out order and someone appeared to help them but just looked at us and walked away. There were plenty of employees there but not one even acknowledged us. We left and ate elsewhere

Nothing positive about the experience besides the maple pecan butter was decent (cornbread was spongy though).Hostess seemed annoyed. Waitress was as present as an absent father.The manager was oblivious to our terrible experience and the fact that we had been sitting waiting for most of our TWO hour dining experience, despite being the one to bring out our second try at pulled pork (first was cold). This was also wrong as it was supposed to be 2 servings vs 1. He would have known if he had asked why we're needing replacement food.The only prompt service the waitress gave us was when she came by the table to snatch up the pulled pork we complained about making sure we had to wait another 10 minutes for food. Better, less expensive places to go if the goal is to be ignored and have sub-par cold food that takes over an hour to come out (like my aunt's house).
