I’m gonna give this place 2 stars only because of the prices.. it’s great but you will get two small ice creams and your total will be 15.00??? It’s sad.. I heard they are retiring so maybe that was it. If someone takes over I hope they adjust prices.

The cone is always a great experience. The staff and ice cream is always amazing. We like the pinball machines as well.
In a recent experience (2024) employee told me their website is not current(as of at least 2 years), so the items I tried to order for my family were not available. Be aware of this and have at least one backup.
Beside that, the line can get pretty nuts.
But if you get past those two things, this is some really good ice cream. All the soft serve flavors are delicious. I recommend trying the blueberry swirl if you enjoy Kings Island blue(Smurf) cones. The fruit toppings are also pretty great, just a fruit sundae was never something I thought I'd love so much.
The cookie dough is like a sugar cookie with chocolate chunks, and is interesting. Kinda like movie theater cookie dough without the fudge coating, so make sure to get fudge topping if you get cookie dough.

I just bought a caramel truffle parfait. The ice cream was completely melted. All I had was bits of these "peices" in milk. It was nasty. Time before I bought I asked for whipped cream. I only got one small splat as if it shot out from an empty can. The ice cream was melted and had way too many pieces of candy. It's like a 3 year old made it. If i wanted just candy i would go to a candy shop. Three strikes this summer, never again. I don't understand the popularity with the quality of product being so poor. Then there are the tip jars for "poor" college students which I found to be a turn off. I just wish I could post a picture of the product I paid over 8 dollars for. Half of the cup is fulled with the candy peices and syrup. Ugh. Put the ice cream back in your products. I want a refund.

The Cone is our favorite spot to grab a treat for the family! We've been going for years and love it each and every time. The staff may be young, but they are always kind, and the ice cream is the best soft serve in the city!
