First thing, this is a virtual brand at Smokey Bones, just like most virtual brands quality is pretty bad. Pretty sad excuse for wings and cold hard fries. Won’t make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Such a disappointment! This place was empty at 5:30 and after our food came I see why. The 1/4 chicken was so tough a knife couldn’t cut it. The ribs and pork were just OK. The restrooms were both lacking paper towels and TP. Our waitress was good, but the prices were very high for very disappointing food.

Had lunch here during spring break travels and was surprised there were so few people. Close to empty in fact. The food I would rate as middle of the road. Not bad, but definitely had better barbecue. The prices were way too high for the portions Our waiter was a great guy but I don’t know his name. There you have it.

I was a regular customer and within the last year I stopped ordering here because prices had skyrocketed. I decided to visit today as i saw a special on a rack of ribs for $19.99. I ordered carryout and when i got home the ribs were overcooked, tough and mostly bones and just tasted bad. The fries were overcooked, looked bad and tasted horrible The baked beans were good and the garlic bread was good. and thats all i ate. So Im officially done with this restaurant i dont feel this staff values or cares about the service they provide and is willing to serve people anything I dont trust this place anymore.

We stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes. Employees walked by and ignored us. A driver came in for a carry out order and someone appeared to help them but just looked at us and walked away. There were plenty of employees there but not one even acknowledged us. We left and ate elsewhere

Was in the mood for some chicken, and saw they had a sale....decided to try it.Normally a regular wings guy, but with a buy-one-get-one on boneless, thought I'd take home extras for the kids. Ordered the Bourbon BBQ and Maple Bacon. To my disappointment, the sauce was not cooked onto the chicken (despite being offered and NOT selecting 'sauce on the side'). Pieces of chicken were pretty small (see picture). Sufficient sauce was provided, but both were somewhat bland and tasted a lot like they just started with a base BBQ and then added a little other stuff after to make 'different' sauces. Pretzels have almost no flavor...basically just bread that you dip in the sauces rather than having a real 'pretzel' flavor to it. On the plus side, the texture was good.Prices, unfortunately, were similar to what you'd find at another, better wing joint

This used to be a great place to get smoked wings. I emphasize "used" to be. Just ordered on their website for delivery and they forgot my wings...the receipt was even checked off as they filled the order! Yes missing the wings. Called the store and the lady said sorry you can come and pick up the missing wings. I disagreed that they should deliver them. She got nasty and told me no they don't do that and went to get the manager The manager got on the phone and immediately had an attitude and told me they don't deliver and his attitude was terrible, even child like...I told him this was his mistake and he needed to make it right and send me the missing wings. I then asked him what he was going to do to make this right and yelled that he would give me a refund and hung up on me. If the owner of this franchise reads these...you have a serious problem and I don't expect your restaurant will survive long with customer service like this. Good luck...btw the wings were dry as a bone.
