Definitely do not recommend for events. Attempted to hold a corporate event in their private room with 40-50 people. Spoke with owner/manager in advance and requested two servers. Also sent in a list of food and wine for pre-order so that they could anticipate the need and have items ready when group arrived. Upon arrival, there were two bottles of wine (of six requested) and one charcuterie tray ready (of the many food items pre-ordered). No servers available for our group and it appeared only the owner/manager was working. While another staff member did eventually arrive, she never set foot in our room. In short, a small group of patrons at the bar received far more attention and service than our large group. I had to ask four times for water pitchers to be provided to the room. I had to continually ask for more of the food I pre-ordered to be brought out to our group--I was told to be patient because they had a small kitchen. (This is the reason we pre-ordered; one would think they would have prepared for it.) No one offered service in our private room at all unless I chased the owner down and asked him to come in and serve our guests. Wine glasses had to be requested multiple times before staff provided them. Our guests had to continually leave the private room and go to the bar to attempt to order drinks and more wine. Had we received adequate service, we probably would have spent at least twice our bill. As it was, our group left hungry, thirsty, and very disappointed. Will definitely not return.

Exceptional venue and Great place to have a Birthday party . The owner is very nice and engaging. Mixed rinks are ok depending on the bartender you get however they have an extensive wine collection to be desired.

My wife's company has held their holiday party here for 3 years. They never disappoint.Extremly friendly and knowledgeable service. Good selection of wines to both drink and purchase. They also can do mixed drinks and carry some local and mainstream beers for those who don't prefer wine. They have an added private room area that can be rented that allows for plenty of space for gatherings. Would recommend to stop by if your looking for a place to unwind or just a nice outing for dinks in the area.

Enjoyed a Friday evening HH visit (read I was waiting at the door when they opened) which included a great red I hadn't previously tried and a really full cheese board. The service was friendly and I would definitely return. It was very lively so if you're looking for an intimate conversation, I'd pick a different day to visit. We left before the live entertainment, but it seemed like it would be a fun band.

This was my first time being at the Wise Owl as we were hosting a Watch Party for my daughter on Shark Tank. Thankful for the hospitality and for the professionalism.
There was not one thing we did not enjoy about our visit. The music was just right, you can hear it, but didn't have to talk over it, menu options were varied and the wine selection was wonderful. We felt welcomed and valued from the minute we crossed the threshold. We will return often.

Stuffed Mushrooms are delicious. Wine great. I would suggest buying a bottle and sharing. They do need more help.Tortilla soup was also excellent ?.

Very Honest
Owner and his wife provided the worst customer service ever.Wife doubled charged us and disrespected my guest as if they were gum on her shoes. She proceeded to play victim once she got a dose of her own medicine. To top it off not only was she high off her own supply , the husband didn’t make things any better by trying to show off in front of their regulars. I would hope that anyone who decides to go there be very aware of your charges and be prepared to be embarrassed when asking for your extra charge refunded. Talking to two drunks that owns / manage the place is like a disaster waiting to happen. Do yourself a favor and just go to Jags across the way.
