Tiger Sugar's donuts are my favorite, they are very soft and the sweetness is just right. Their milk tea is also great. I will order some every once in a while to share with my family and friends.

The service was very slow, and the staff member serving drinks was quite rude. My drinks were ready and sitting there for a while, but she didn’t hand them over. When I asked her to pick them up myself, she said I was confusing her by standing there, despite the drinks clearly being mine. It doesn’t matter how good the drinks or products are, customer service is what truly counts.

Delicious black sugar boba coffee! The cinnamon and sugar donut was so light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness!
Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make.
Edit: It's freshening to see your response about improving your systems. Btw, I tried your drinks and wow they are truly awesome.
