The service was very slow, and the staff member serving drinks was quite rude. My drinks were ready and sitting there for a while, but she didn’t hand them over. When I asked her to pick them up myself, she said I was confusing her by standing there, despite the drinks clearly being mine. It doesn’t matter how good the drinks or products are, customer service is what truly counts.

Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make.
Edit: It's freshening to see your response about improving your systems. Btw, I tried your drinks and wow they are truly awesome.

As someone from the Bay Area, I need my boba fix every now and then and this place is one of the best boba place around. My go-to order is their black sugar milk with pudding and boba; I recently tried their black sugar milk with mochi and boba, which was pretty good. Their food items are also ? their popcorn chicken is great. I also recommend trying their Mochi donuts -- my favorite flavor is the black sesame.
Parking: Plenty of parking in shared lot.

Whenever I miss some semblance of Asia through milk teas and bobas/pearls, I always go here! Staff are always nice and accommodating! Love the mochidogs, though a bit expensive.
Also love that they offer lactaid with no additional charge.
