Tiger Sugar's donuts are my favorite, they are very soft and the sweetness is just right. Their milk tea is also great. I will order some every once in a while to share with my family and friends.
Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make.

As someone from the Bay Area, I need my boba fix every now and then and this place is one of the best boba place around. My go-to order is their black sugar milk with pudding and boba; I recently tried their black sugar milk with mochi and boba, which was pretty good. Their food items are also ? their popcorn chicken is great.
I also recommend trying their Mochi donuts -- my favorite flavor is the black sesame.
Parking: Plenty of parking in shared lot.
