First time to this place. I was pleasantly surprised. I took my food to go since my hotel was nearby. The tater tots were fantastic, the soup was very good and the sandwich was sooo good. Very unique mix of cheeses. Very melty which is what I like in grilled cheese. But this place is next level. Staff was friendly and efficient. I can't wait to come back on my next trip to Cincinnati.

They had the best seasonal soup I ever tried in fast food restaurants when I say best it's not because I was hungry then, it looked nice and neat and was pretty fresh each time I got it

Clean and very tasty. Grilled cheese donut ...who knew! Deliciously addicting. Sandwich ideas and flavors actually work together and create an awesome and unexpected blend of flavors. It's a little pricy for the amount they serve, but so is everyone else these days. Clean, nice cust serv. No complaints. Just wish we had 1 closer to me.

Food is missing the punchline. Feels like food I could heat up in the microwave from Walmart. Needs to bring back the more dessert heavy foods from years ago. I feel it would bring more traction again
