Employees were very helpful and friendly. The menu is interesting but easy to follow. The classic tomato soup has changed. It was dark, tangy almost acidic and a bit peppery. It used to be a lot different/better. I don't go there often but I don't remember the soup being like that. Sandwich was great!

Food was good. But extremely greasy sandwich. They should have run it through a vice to drain the grease off of it. Atmosphere clean. Fast service.

Food came out quickly and delicious! first time checking out the restaurant and tried the philly cheese steak and mediterranean salad - verrry yummy! also tried the smores donut and wasnt a fan for some reason but im looking forward to trying the cinnamon one:) definitely recommend!!

First & last visit. Not one other person inside at 5pm should have told me all I needed to know. Grilled cheese was just awful! Coated with an insane amount of foul tasting “butter” I guess it was. Ate half & threw the other half away. Their famous grilled cheese donut was also terrible! Took one bite and it also went in the trash. Will never be back. I don’t know how this place is staying in business.

I moved out of cincy a few years ago but I make it back every month or so, and Tom & Chee is a Must! Stock up on the mac and cheese...and pig& fig! Love love love
I have had this place several times when I visit the area and usually it's excellent. This time the tots were old and had a heavy greasy taste and mac and cheese sandwich wasn't hot and cheese wasn't melted. Maybe they just had an off night....

WOW-1st timers at this establishment! We picked up the West of Philly & The Buffalo Chicken 🥪 with the basic tots. I must say this is definitely our new go-to in West Chester! Also, what a joy it was to meet your employee/cashier Aryn—she informed us about everything on the menu, simply amazing! We need more employees like her.
