It's Topgolf! The waitress was very attentive. Food and drinks were exactly as you'd expect at a Topgolf. Great night out with my team after a full day planning the next quarter.

Top golf offers a unique experience and it is set up for levels of play from beginner to advanced. The food is good and the menu is plentiful. Service is very good and responsive. The systems used to rent a bay and hit gold balls is easy to use and understand. The music is upbeat and loud but not so loud that one can not talk. Overall a good experience.

I love Top Golf because it has great atmosphere and the service is great but I wish they would offer a little bit more in food for example: fruit bowl would be good etc.

I must say the experience was fun until - spent over an hour listening to a 2 year old scream and cry while the parents and older children played golf and tried to quiet the child. To top off that wonderful experience another family with small children was assigned to the same booth and the first swing resulted in another child being struck on top of the head by a flying driver and blood spilled on floor. I think the policies regarding young children need to be reviewed.

My girlfriend and I went for my 40th Birthday 🎂 had s great time, got there around 9:45 pm no wait to be seated, fun atmosphere and relaxed casual golf games. Which I'm terrible at by the way 😆 but the food was sooo good, I definitely recommend you eat some you're there. And the best part was they gave me a big ole ice cream sundae 🍨 for free for my birthday, and it was delicious 😋 Stop in and have yourself a good time 🏌️‍♀️⛳️🏌️‍♂️

We enjoyed our time here. The 1/2 deal Mon-Thurs is a great opportunity. The prices here are more than I’d be willing to pay otherwise but we loved the experience. The service was fast and prompt the entire time. They definitely want you to buy food and drink and not just come to golf. For the half off prices I will come back for sure

Took the kiddos here for the first. Didn’t order food but waters and 2 sodas. We booked for 2 hours. Our server was Nateya S. When I said this was the worse service. I mean it. 2 hours of play and she only checked on us twice. I had to FIND her for refills for the kiddos. She took forever with the check. Terrible experience especially when it was hot and humid and the kiddos were thirsty. Started at 1:45PM and still 3:15 PM no drink refills. Poor service and not kid friendly during the heat.

6 people ordered appetizers, dinners and drinks, not a single plate or napkin given to table! Service here used to be MUCH better! Very disappointing.

Checked in at around 12:15 pm as a walk-in for a skilled party of 3. Was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. Signed up for text alerts. Met party at nearby offsite restaurant at around 12:35 pm. After ordering, received text alert at 12:53 pm. Had to decline & signed up for a 1 time 30 minute extension. Boxed the food to go & showed back at facility exactly 22 minutes later. 38 minutes is NOT 2.5 hours. Upon 2nd arrival after getting lunch disrupted, was told there would be an additional 50 minute wait. With front desk being in close proximity to 2nd level, noticed that Bay 209 was inactive & open. During the wait, finally assigned to Bay 128, all the while dodging infants, toddlers and youth, who clearly have never hit a golf ball in their entire lives, kicking over our personal stand bags & running around, screaming & creating general mayhem. I am all for family fun, but this is no place for children. This place should seriously consider isolating all the families, who insist on bringing kids, to a dedicated tier, (1st), AWAY from ADULTS who actually know how to hit a golf ball. In addition, the desk staff should know the difference between 2.5 hours & 22 minutes. Don’t bother replying with your generic “email customer service”, as you have lost 3 customers…..not to mention other family & friends that we will all inform in kind.

Top Golf in West Chester, Ohio, has an interesting mix of strengths and weaknesses. While the concept is undeniably fun and the facilities are generally well-maintained, there’s a noticeable disparity in service quality.

Firstly, the staff seem to have perfected the art of turning tables quickly when they need to. It’s impressive how swiftly they can hustle you out to make room for the next group. However, this efficiency inexplicably vanishes once you’re actually settled in. The service becomes noticeably sluggish, and it feels as though you’re left to fend for yourself once you’ve been seated.

Whether it's waiting for food orders, trying to flag down a server for additional drinks, or simply needing assistance with the game, the inconsistency in service speed is frustrating. It detracts from the overall experience and leaves you feeling less valued as a guest.

In summary, while Top Golf in West Chester offers a fun environment for groups, the service needs a serious overhaul to match the quality of its activities.

Wow all I can say is wow. I had not been here before. But it was a lot of fun. I was not sure what to expect. They use restricted flight golf balls so don’t expect this to be your normal game. There are about a dozen games to choose from. Or I guess that you don’t need to play the game if you prefer to just want to hit balls, but this would be a very expensive driving range. There is not a great correlation to how well you hit the ball as wile there is a method to scoring, it’s still pretty random meaning that beginners a and novices can score very well without much effort involved.
We ordered a few pretzel bites, tortilla chips, and fries to snack on.
We had a 2 hour player window which passed by quickly. Overall it was super fun and worthwhile. Definitely will consider returning.

Give it a try, no experience required.

Vegetarian options: The food items we purchased had no meat. Fries, tortilla chips and pretzel bites. Other options may be offered.

Parking: Ample free parking.

Kid-friendliness: We brought 3 grand kids here ages 4-11. With a little help, they all did well and had a blast.

I went to topgolf for my son 10th birthday on new years eve. . I paid $795 for 3 bays with food and drinks. The service was horrible. the food was cold and then they tried to kick us out right at 5 and they were late turning in the machines and as well as ot took 15mins to reboot two of the bays...
