Unfortunately, my last experience at Waffle House (Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Cincinnati OH) was impressively bad. I've rarely had an experience like this. After our server took our order, she proceeded to take a break, I was left without creamer for coffee and our food sat on the cut line waiting for her return. Another server brought out our food but I was missing a waffle with my All Star breakfast. Upon return from break our original server made us aware the waffle had been burned and would need to be remade. After more waiting I finally received creamer for my coffee and still no waffle. As we were packing up my wife and son's leftovers I made the server aware I was still missing a waffle. She was willing to pack one to go. Of course I received a nearly burned waffle. When attempting to pay with a gift card, none of the three employees who attempted to assist me with using the gift card were successful, leaving me to pay for the meal on my credit card. Overall, very poor service. If you are in the area, look for a different Waffle House location.

I have eaten at soooo many WH's, & this was the absolute best. Great crew, good service,...definitely in the holiday spirit.
Took my great grandson's who are twins and they wanted to go to Waffle house for breakfast before we went shopping. for Christmas gifts for Mom and Dad. I took them here three years ago after I introduced them to the 12 days of Christmas. We entertained everyone there each year we go by singing the twelve days of Christmas. They loved it so much I got each of them each a waffle maker

This place has improved so much! Place is very clean (I didn’t check bathrooms). Food cook was spot on (H&C ?? omelet, HB dbl covered, raisin toast, and a waffle ). Service was great too. I asked for fresh coffee ☕️ and it was promptly made ❤️ Sweet Tea was fresh!

All normal Waffle House expectations...except the WCPD should bring one of their special dogs around. Whatever they're on in there... Watching the servers stumble about with their eyes half closed, heads nodding off & slurring their words gave us lunch and a show. We did get mostly what we ordered (neither of us got what we ordered, but close enough). We were offered refills...but they never made it to our table.

Was a late night meal, waitress was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Food was delicious.
I stopped here on my way back from Kentucky. They were super short staffed, and the employees were running around like crazy. The food was amazing. I felt super bad for the workers, but they were holding it down. Props to them. If i go back through Ohio, I'll definitely be going back.
