We went to IHOP across the street, but the experience was awful. So, we decided to go to Waffle House instead, and I can honestly say this is the best breakfast place in the entire U.S. The food was amazing, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Faith, was wonderful—she was very sweet and also extremely professional.

Great atmosphere! This is not a truck stop or greasy food place. The food is cooked to order and cooked right in front of you. Servers are also friendly and at your service needs. Coffe cup is always filled. I've been to a bunch across the country and always the same.

I placed a takeout order around 11:00 P.M., which was surprisingly easy compared to some other ordering systems. After a decent tip the cost of a chocolate chip waffle was $7.50, which isn’t that bad! When I got there the workers were pleasant, the place was cleaned well, and it had a nice vibe overall. Some of the older reviews mentioned mean/distracted workers or a messy environment so I was happy to find the opposite: two workers who were definitely ready to serve new customers, as well as a recently cleaned restaurant. This place has definitely improved! 👏🏼 The only thing that I would change (if anything) is adding a more secure system for your take-out orders. Maybe just show them a code sent to your phone or something, it felt like someone could’ve just run off with my meal. It also wouldn’t let me make my order not be asap even though I wasn’t going to be there instantly?? Besides that, awesome experience!

I asked one of the young ladies behind the counter to clean her response was we’ve been extremely busy that’s no excuse !!!!!! Clean your tables and floors and you can get even more business where’s the customer service at anymore SMH we left and went to a different Waffle House in West Chester they just lost a customer!!!!!!! Oh yeah this location is not even worth a 1 star they deserve 0 stars don’t waste your visit to the Waffle House on Cox Rd 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The ham taste it a little off. The cheese grits was nothing more than grits with one slice of cheese thrown over the top. It was absolutely disgusting. Even the biscuit was bad

I work at the hospital. Been to this waffle house a few times. Always , always, great service. Tonight not so much. The waitress wanted to take orders from families of 4 first before trying to take my one to-go order. Which the cook told her to do. But she didn't listen. According to her waffle house policy is fcfs. I get that. But the cook could had my food done by the time the waitress got and added up the total to a family of 4's meal. I could had had been in and out of there no problem. I have a 30 min. Break. Waiting on 3 sets of families of 4 to get their food first when they were eating in before I could even get asked if my order was to go or eat in or offered a drink. Nothing from the waitress. The cook I give him 5 stars for just recognizing and analyzing the room as well as he did. My hat is off to you. To the cook on 2/26/25, Wednesday evening, 7 pm.
