Pleasantly surprised, my first visit. I visited the the west Chester location around 06:30 pm Monday.

Nice location for family outing. We enjoyed the Ghost Pepper burger and Chicken Ranch bowl. Orders are customizable. Staff is friendly. Dining area was kept clean.
Had dinner here with my family. Very friendly service. The buffalo chicken sandwich was really good. Definitely worth a visit.
