Food is delicious but absolutely overpriced. Burger had like 2 pickles and a few onions and jalapeños. Stop being so frugal and looking to cut costs so much and focus on giving the customer a generous serving! If you want people to come back you need to focus on giving, and not taking. Paid over $17 for a burger and fries when it should be maybe $12-$13. Food was delicious but not sure if I’ll be back.

Enjoyed the halal double bacon burger at this restaurant.
The staff were very friendly. I liked the tater tots.
The cookie butter milkshake is next level.. can’t even get over it!!
I have also tried the key lime milkshake which is a new one and this one is sooo good!!! Definitely recommends.

The burger was cooked fresh with absolutely no seasoning. The fries were pretty good. The service was good and quite slow. The restaurant was small but quite clean. Did I mention, I was originally eating here via groupon?? Well they had a BiG sign on the door that stated they were no longer accepting Groupon voucher. If I weren't hungry, I would have kept going.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant. It still took over 30 minutes to get our food. Once we received our nowhere near $8 worth order of cheese curds we were disappointed. The curds, as well as the cheese sauce, were cold and tasteless. The burgers were dry, tasteless and maybe slightly above room temperature. Once our bacon cheese fries arrived 5-7 minutes after our burgers, it was clear they had been either double fried after being left out or kept under a warmer. Once again, the cheese sauce was cold. The fountain drinks had watered down lemonade as well. An employee came around and apologized for the wait and I voiced my concerns. Nothing was offered except apologies again.

Stay away

Took 30 minutes from submitting order on their touchscreen to getting food. Food that was cold btw. Fries were cold, and definitely old and reheated. Cheese curds were cold. Cheese sauce was cold. Half the drinks on the fountain machine were also out. We spent 54 bucks for two burgers a side of fries a cheese curds and a kids meal. Will not be back ever again.

Wow! This weekend was especially hard for our family and all that my husband and I wanted today was a good Labor Day burger. We’ve never visited before but we now have a regular spot we don’t mind even driving 25min to enjoy! The sweet burger was my choice and it was Amazing! And the butter cookie shake was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I don’t think my family will be going anywhere else with the quality of food and absolutely amazing service even my two picky eaters age 4 & 6 absolutely loved their children’s burger and my son who usually goes completely plain. Told me today he likes their cheese burgers better than mommies! ?? he ate the entire thing so i am THRILLED. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and we all look forward to the next burger night!

Kid-friendliness: Our kids ABSOLUTELY love their burgers and my most picky eater ate EVERYTHING in his basket!

Pretty sad that you sell a Groupon and don’t honor it, what a waste of $

First time getting food here tonight. 8/28/24 pretty disappointed in the food. The burgers were dry and didn't taste like there was any type of seasoning on them. My fries and my sons fries weren't even mildly hot and weren't Crispy. I ordered the spicy cheese curds but they gave me regular ones instead. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was perfect though!

My family joined me at Wayback for a birthday dinner and it was nothing short of amazing. The servers were kind and patient with our long order, brought out the food in a timely manner, and everything was delicious!

Probably the best food and service I've ever had at a restaurant. The entrees were entirely customizable to your personal preference, including vegetarian options. My burger was cooked to perfection and the flavors were all harmonious. Food was all hot and fresh. The staff were all friendly and respectful and when they weren't cooking they were hard at work cleaning everything. My family and I all said we would be coming back again soon!

Don't go anywhere else!! This is the place to go for the best milkshakes, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. We will be regulars from now on!
