Sat in drive through for about 5-10 min, no response. So I pulled around to the window. After a few minutes I saw a guy you looked at me confused. He held up a finger to tell me to wait a minute. I walked around looking confused, then left my field of vision. A few minutes later, he came back to the window. He did not open it, he just looked ahead of my car and behind it, and then left again. All told, 15-20min and no one had even spoken a word to me. I left and went to McDonald’s.

I came to the drive-thru and I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and a medium order of potatoes hot and fresh. I paid and I was told it would be 3 minutes. No biggie I pulled forward and I'm waiting on my food as I waited I realize oh it's been 10 minutes and I'm still sitting here, as I walk in the restaurant and the woman proceeded to tell me it was my fault I wanted hot and fresh potatoes.... You know what it is my fault. I'm the one that asked for fresh potatoes but let me tell you what happened here..... They took another order and they pulled that car up so now you got a both of us so when I walk in at the 10-minute Mark she gets my potatoes right out of the bed they're not hot they were hot when they got done but they also been sitting for 7 minutes, I asked for hot and fresh potatoes. Not hot and fresh potatoes pull me forward with the car behind me and let's do both orders and then take them out together and then they both can leave. No that's not how this works. When you pull a car forward and you tell them it's going to be 3 minutes you do not have them sitting there for 10 minutes and then proceeded to tell the customer that's my fault I wanted fresh potatoes. One car at a time. When you tell someone 3 minutes don't have them sitting there for 10 minutes. This happened on the 14th around 9:30 am. And I do understand when restaurants are busy you do have a little bit of wait. But there was no one in line.... No one waiting for food.... It was just me

Food was fine but the manager in the brighter blue shirt was RUDE! She either had blonde or blondish brown hair. Average to heavier side. I wish I got her name. You shouldn't be a manager if you can't be friendly!

This is one of the best run Wendy's left. Always seems staffed, employees are polite and responsive. They don't suffer from always being out of everything. The only location in Sprigfield/Dayton that I can say this about.

Had me sitting in the line waiting to check out for at least 10 minutes. I don’t know why I didn’t leave. I should have, but it only got worse finally took my order. I pulled through. They asked me my order again because they didn’t write it down which leads to another issue of them asking three more times what I asked for then taking forever to give me my drink during this time I checked to see if they got my burger right because you know it’s always safe to check and they did not Ask for double bacon plain double cheeseburger plain so Who I believe was the manager came to the window and said they charged you for a double cheeseburger like OK I asked for a double bacon Plane And he repeats they charged you for a double cheeseburger. And I’m like OK I wanted A double bacon, clean all right pull head. I’ll bring it out for you 10 minutes After I pulled to the side, they bring out my double bacon did I mention I asked for a large bread as well several times they gave me a small, of course. After a total of around 30 minutes, I finally got my extremely “high Quality” Wendy’s nice job

Went through the drive threw just for the worker to tell me it’s only two workers, and there’s two cars ahead of me. I just decided to leave because I knew the food was gonna be 🚮 not the first experience. Do better guys.

Ordered through door dash. Not even a napkin in the bag. Ice cold fries and NO DRINK. It was 8pm and the driver said they handed him a bag through the drive through like they were closing up. Unacceptable. Now I have a sandwich, cold fries, and no drink.

Horrible service there tonight (3-31-2024). No one wants to answer the drive thru speaker. Should have left then but nope I drive to the window and say hey are you all open. A worker states yes ( they were just standing in the window area talking while me and another person was at the speaker trying to order). I told them we had a mobile order and was told to pull by the door. After 25 mins a bag of food was brought out without the drinks. We had to go fix our own drinks( I mean not a big deal ) but 75% of the drinks were out of stock. No lemonade like why was I able to place that via the app. Overall the food was trash, the service was trash and I do not recommend this location at night (we went around 21:10ish). Never again. I also didn’t get the large chili but it probably was cold.
