I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby area waiting for my food and it was really annoying. They didn’t seem to have a problem reviving and making carry out orders so I don’t know how mine too so long.
Update: one of the guys behind the counter gave me some chicken nuggets for the wait. On my way out his manager (some lady with a southern accent who said she was from Covington said “she could have asked” l know I probably could have but no one was at the counter. she didn’t have to be so rude about it and could have helped me herself instead of letting tickets pile up at the counter.

Every time my grandma goes there the orders always messed up the older lady at the second window is rude slamming the window shut half are order was wrong didnt even get half the order drinks where all different and instead of making them right they where lazy and made them all the same

My medium frosty gets shorter and shorter each time. I told the guy manager on day shift. He said it all depends on who makes it. He seems not friendly most of the time. I took a pic off their app im going to show him how it is advertised.

I really don't frequent Wendy's, but because I have grandkids, I have been thru the drive thru 2x the last couple months. The 1st visited i was asked if I'd like to buy the deal to get the free Jr frosty thru the year? I paid for the deal (a key tag I believe) and got home to find that they took my money for it, but didn't place it in the bag with my order😒 it was for the foundation, so I just let it go. Went thru the drive thru last week, 2 10pc nuggets,a fry,& a combo meal...$25🤯 Needless to say, that was my last visit to Wendy's.

The manager, Reese, is rude and lacks customer service skills. We forgot to order an item and he refused to add it add the window. went inside and he refused to take my order. Made me go order at the drive thru. I had to wait behind a line of cars to order the one thing I forgot. Stupid and unnecessary waste of time.

They shorted both of my orders on fries, what was supposed to be 2 larges were way more like 2 smalls, the drive thru person acted as if doing her job was such a burden... it's literally right up the road, but I refuse to ever return
