Lunch staff in the drive thru is fantastic! Best chicken sandwich I’ve had at a Wendy’s, and they threw me an extra ranch. Quick and everything was hot and fresh through the drive thru. 5 star service! Great customer service and attitudes, keep up the great work y’all!

Went through drive thru. Late at night. Guy in intercom was extremely impatient and disrespectful. I have a family of 5 i am trying to get orders for all of them. He was so rude, I never even got to order for myself.

I love wendy's but lately ive been disappointed. Ive usually been going through the drive thru and when i get my food its literally everywhere and i mean everywhere. Its like they just throw the food in the bag without caring about the customer and the food is cold. i love wendys food so much stop disappointing me :(

This is one thing I hate about going to the drive-thru You never know what you're going to get. I should have checked it. Usually I don't get enough ketchup. And it didn't taste good because the bun was old, burnt and smashed. And I was really surprised by the price I know things are getting high but that's just ridiculous.

Came through the drive thru today. The person taking orders asked me to repeat my order like 6 times when all i ordered were 2 10 pc nuggets. When they finally got my order in i pull to the window and i only get 1 10 pc nuggets instead of the 2 that i asked for. I repeated my order 6 times and they still got it wrong?
