Have been here a few times in the last month, but never again. 1st time I was given a drink with no ice (was never mentioned as to why) 2nd experience happened today where I ordered a sandwich in drive thru, was charged for it only to get to my destination and realize it’s not in the bag

3 stars because this is the 1st time I've ever been disappointed stopping here. Got the Ceasar salad. Chicken was not hot off the grill as it normally is and the portion was smaller. Got a medium chocolate cold brew. It's tiny. No way that's a medium. My nuggets weren't fresh. Haven't tasted my loaded fry yet, but somehow I feel I'm goinh to be disappointed. Should've known when the food came out so fast.

rude women working the drive through 10/7 around 7:40-50. caught attitude because i’m sick and loosing my voice (i guess she misunderstood what i said), i asked for extra bbq and payed for it & got given ranch. my boyfriend went back inside and the girl who messed up came out arguing with him after we paid extra to get extra bbq already saying we didn’t ask for that. then a nice gentleman gave him the correct sauces without charging us again

How someone handles issues says a lot about their character. Came here for lunch, and their coke machine had none of the extra flavors working. Mildly annoying, but when quick ask at the counter for vanilla coke, not only did they actually bring it out to me, they fixed the machine right then and there.

Far too often, telling staff places something is wrong gets thanked but ultimately solved much later. They took care of it RIGHT NOW, and that says something.

On top of that, the fries were fresh and the order was good.

Thank you guys for giving me some hope in fast food restaurants. You are a great example.

We were rushed through our order at the speaker then when we went to the window we explained that they need to slow down a little and the guy closed the window on us. No reason to be rude. We were very respectful the whole time and the employees, even the management team, had an attitude with us the whole time. We felt so disrespected that we canceled our order. They need to smile a little bit.

This lady when I ordered my potato I asked for extra butter. I opened my bag to find not just two not even just one but none. Then after I was ignored for 2 minutes she opened the window and I asked for some butter with my potato. Then she reluctantly handed me one singular butter like gurl does this come out of your paycheck sister chick. GIMME BUTTER 🧈
