We were rushed through our order at the speaker then when we went to the window we explained that they need to slow down a little and the guy closed the window on us. No reason to be rude. We were very respectful the whole time and the employees, even the management team, had an attitude with us the whole time. We felt so disrespected that we canceled our order. They need to smile a little bit.

This lady when I ordered my potato I asked for extra butter. I opened my bag to find not just two not even just one but none. Then after I was ignored for 2 minutes she opened the window and I asked for some butter with my potato. Then she reluctantly handed me one singular butter like gurl does this come out of your paycheck sister chick. GIMME BUTTER 🧈

Great deal with the buck for 3 choices of the biscuit. Lady was nice and new guy that brought the food out. It was fresh and hot. Thxs to the cook as well.

Service was terrible. Had more than 3 people talk to me when I was trying to order my food. Lady took my card and asked if I wanted a recker about 5 times and said no I just want my card. Second window was fine.

Make sure you check your order before you leave? When you called them to complain, they put you on hold. Very professional.

I got there maybe 30 minutes before closing. I've worked in fast food and retail, so I know how frustrating it can be when someone comes so close to closing time. Despite that, the two people inside were incredibly kind and didn't sound annoyed that I was there so late. My good was correct and tasty. I'm not used to people being so nice whenever I go later in the night, so that alone makes me want to go back.
Placed a mobile order. Rude drive through women and who i think was the manager woman with brown hair. Both standing together at the second window. They at first got mad because I didn't have all my straws and had to ask for them. Then they didn't give me the right sandwich and I had to go back and ask for it. They got mad about it. Why? It's not my fault they gave me the wrong sandwich. Treat your customers better. Customers just want their food they paid for and to be treated with kindness just like how you want to be treated.
I told him to put the cheese liquid he didn't.
