I was not impressed. The food was ok but certainly over priced for what you got. The service was terrible. When we first got there, I waited for someone to acknowledge me for five minutes before I finally started to just walk away at which point, they asked what I wanted. And there were several people in there just standing around talking. Then after spending over $80 ??? for our food, they forgot to give us our drinks, there were no napkins, fries portions were small, forgot to give us our sour cream, no napkins available- had to ask. Fries were mushy and not salty enough. And every time you needed some thing you had to go wait in line AGAiN and desperately hope for someone to acknowledge you. I spent the majority of our time there in line. The ice cream was good but I can get good ice cream at lots of places. And certainly get treated better... Especially when I'm spending that much money... You would think I would get better service. We will not be back.

Just spent $60 my double cheese only came with cheese. I didn’t say I didn’t want anything on it. I simply said I needed a double cheese, didn’t even ask if I want anything on it. My fish tail sandwich was plain for some reason and they barely put anything on my nachos. I wanted the WORKS on everything, and everyone seemed to have an attitude issue. Oh and they didn’t read anything back like the policy says too. This is the 1st review I’ve ever left.
