“I have been picking this pizza up on and off for years, it is delicious and they also sold it at my daughters softball games, we have had pizza from everywhere in cosh and tusc counties and amicis is always at the top, only had one bad experience where they misplaced my order but gave me my pizza for free, only cost me an extra 25 min.”

“basically the food is good except for today ordered a chocolate milkshake first one he handed to me looked like thick milk. I said that don't look like a milkshake he ask if I wanted it thicker I said please but the next one he brought wasn't much better and it wasn't even chocolate so I think the boy working today needs a little more training. I do like new menus easier to read.”

“the cheesecake was exceptional. the coffee and matcha were good, but not very sweet, even for someone who doesnt put sweetener in their latter. very polite staff, but they need a better system because one of the poor baristas had to walk everywhere because people walked away from the counter before getting their coffee.”

“Great place in the heart of Roscoe Village. Had the onion rings, wings, And ribs with sweet potato fries. Everything was fantastic. The wings were excellent the buffalo sauce wasn’t generic, the onion rings were exceptional and the ribs were fall off the bone and sauced well. The sweet potato fries had a maple type sauce on them that made them very tasty. The server was great and very attentive. Would definitely return.”

“MY WIFE AND I WERE THERE 6 WEEKS AGO. THERE IS A YOUNG MAN (EMPLOYEE)WITH A MOP OF HAIR ON TOP THAT COULDN'T KEEP HIS FINGERS OUT OF IT AND HAD ZERO RESPECT FOR THE COUSTOMERS. ALWAYS IH THE WAY AND DID NOTHING TO HELP ON THE FLOOR. TODAY I WAS BY MYSELF. THERE WAS ONE LADY ON THE FLOOR. MUST HAVE BEEN BUSY BEFORE I GOT THERE. TABLES NOT CLEAN. THIS LADY WAS RUNNING HER BEHIND OFF TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF NEW/OLD COSTUMERS, SALAD BAR, CLEANING TABLES AND TAKING CARE OF THE REGISTER WITH ZERO HELP. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!1111!!! I DON'T KNOW 15 MINUTES LATER HERE COMES THIS EMPLOYEE WITH THE MOP FOR HAIR FROM BEHIND THE CASH REGISTER LOOKED AROUND AT THE MESS IN THE DINING ROOM AND DISAPPEARED. 10 MINUTESLATER HERE HI COMES AGAIN LOOKS AROUND AND IN THE BACK HE GOES. DID ZERO TO HELP ON THE FLOOR. DOES MANAGEMENT NOT SEE ANY OF THIS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AWHILE. WHY DOES HE STIIL HAVE A JOB????????? BY THE TIME I LEFT THE LADY ON THE FLOOR HAD THE DINING ROOM CLEANED UP AND COSTUMERS HAPPY.”

We were the only customers in there while we were there, as we went around 9, and we talked with a couple of the staff members for awhile! Everyone was so kind, and treated us like family. If you want top notch food and service, Terry’s is the best place for that!”
