Placed a mobile order and waited twenty minutes in the parking lot. Finally, going in to see where my order was at and the whole time, it was just sitting on the counter. Nobody brought it out. It was actually another customer who came out to my car and told me my food was sitting there. I didn't want to eat a fillet of fish meal that had sat for twenty minutes, so I asked for a refund and waited several minutes, and no one did anything. I left without a refund, apology or food

Employees in the parking lot passed out in their cars. One person inside running the whole show. Horrible restroom conditions. No cleanliness to speak of anywhere! It was so filthy we turned around and walked out!

I love going in here, especially if you're on a budget. Get a McChicken at pickle and a daily devil. I was going to have a little bit of variety get a large water sit down, cool off and then get ready to get back to work

Had a mobile order. They forgot the fry. No biggy. Lady said she would bring it out. She didn't come back. Had to go in to get it. Everyone looked like they were either strung out or just got out of bed. Food was cold and stale. Some days this location is great. Others is horrible.

Is all the employees in West Milton rude today or was this our lucky day. These little punks are rude, the one at the register and the manager tonight. This store needs closed till they can get workers with respect. My vote is shut it down permanently.
Absolutely awful, you will get pulled around for everything and still get the wrong, cold food. Customer service leaves alot to be desired. If you dont like to be friendly work somewhere else.
