This is not a high end establishment. The chair leather is cracked, the room is warmer than you might like and there are no guidelines for how a new person navigates their experience - aka we showed up, no one greeted us and we sat ourselves. That being said - 5 minutes of looking at the menu that was on the table a lovely young lady showed up to take our order. She was helpful and friendly and we felt much more at ease.
