If you have a choice, go to any other McDonald's. For almost a year now, this McDonald's staff service and attention to detail has been on a decline. They constantly forget parts of the orders, they make you pull forward even if no one is waiting inline behind you. They mess up drinks, they don't put cheese on filet of fish, they are constantly making minor mistakes, with no effort in correcting the issues. Even when the issues are brought to their attention they get all huffy and act as though you, the customers, are inconveniencing them, the service providers....2/10, been going for a while hoping they'd get their act together, but no such luck, we won't be back any time soon, and we recommend you don't give them your patronage either.

Once again they failed but I guess it's my fault. I know better than to visit this location and if I do then I should check the bag before pulling away. Ordered hotcakes with sausage and a breakfast burrito meal. We got the hotcakes and the drink and hashbrown for the burrito meal but no burritos. It's almost a guarantee your order will be wrong from this location and that is after waiting 10+ mins. for it. Highly recommend making the drive to Tipp City or the Main St. Location in Englewood.

Stopped to get a McCurry, no ice cream. Then ordered an iced coffee,, they said couldn't serve it to me the machine needed cleaned. The gentleman said it hadn't been cleaned and it needed clean... got money back and left. Probably a blessing and saved me from food poisoning.. It was a bad experience...

Biggest issue is it's not fast food. Im not sure if any other locations doit but this one does. This location constantly has you pull around an wait. Could be just a second or 20+ minutes. Only really good thing is the food is always spot on. But when you're waiting for your order an 10 cars pass the 2 or 3 sitting an waiting. Kinda frustrating.
