Just one of the best hometown restaurants I’ve been to! Great service, such nice people, great food, and a beautiful antique homey vibe! I love this place!
I was so looking forward to eating here. The service was excellent; however, that was all that was excellent. I asked for two eggs over easy. The eggs came, one was over hard, and the other egg was close. The last waitress brought out the other egg and there was a ton of hair in it. Yes, I didn't have to pay for the eggs, only the hashbrowns.. still I was very disappointed ?

Such a blessing to have a restaurant like the Pearson House still around. The food, the servers and the owner are great. An absolute favorite of mine.

Went in for an early dinner and followed instructions to seat ourselves, like normal. A young man saw us sit but was busy working. 10 or so minutes later a waitress came over and rudely said, “I didn’t see you here. We normally have this area closed off”. She did not ask us to move (wouldn’t have been an issue) she just had a really nasty attitude. Maybe she could have put something on the sign. I get that we all have bad days. But you’re a server and the biggest part of your income is based on how you treat people. Our last server there was awesome but today we walked out because the stumpy waitress let us know how the experience would be. No thanks. It’s too bad because the food is generally good there.

Overall, nothing special one way or another. The floors were slanted to the point where we were worried about our drinks spilling. Apparently they're well known for their pies but didn't have prices anywhere. The food was okay, I got a butterscotch pie and you couldn't taste the butterscotch. Prices were a bit expensive, but not bad. This place has lots of old funky decorations.
