Very friendly, welcome atmosphere The coffee is super tasty, good bean quality. Went to get a nice coffee for the wife and I, as I walked outside a big gust of wind hit me and knocked the drink carrier out of my hand. I walked back in defeated with spilled coffee on me i asked to reorder two more drinks and i would pay for them. Realizing what happened they remade my drinks without charge.

Grabbed a buckeye latte here during the Springboro Christmas event. The three ladies working never greeted us, did not say anything other than tap your card, and just put the coffee at the end of their trailer when ready without saying anything. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Always loved seeing them at craft shows. Their chai tea is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve had their pumpkin spice chai, regular chai, dirty chai and their snowflake drink along with a hot dark peppermint mocha And it’s all been so delicious
