Never even received my pizza after waiting an hour and a half on a Wednesday. they delivered to the wrong house. Then argued with me about issuing me a refund. Then called me back and argued with me again about giving me my refund again. We won’t be back. Horrible customer service!!!

Ordered from Giovanni’s Pizza last night, and it was amazing! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had. Anthony was my delivery driver, and he was super friendly and right on time. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

If I could’ve gave it a zero I would’ve! The manager was outside smoking the whole time and on her phone, who knows if she even washed her hands. It makes me sick even thinking about it. While I waited for them to fix my pizza she came outside 2 times to smoke and when I pulled up she was also smoking. Anyways My order was messed up, in the past I’ve had this happen once maybe twice and they’ve always fixed it no problem, this time the manager nearly refused to fix the order. She also got very rude and started to raise her voice with me! I literally just had to leave because she got so disrespectful, it was definitely out of line. If she wouldn’t have been on her phone or constantly outside smoking maybe she would’ve got the order right the first time. Also if the case is she don’t like her job she should get a different one then, you shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t be civil with people! She also came to the front area with her phone on her ear while talking to me. Just so much disrespect, the people who own this company should be ashamed of the employee because past employees would never.

45 minute wait for cold food, and the wrong order. Ordered a sub without tomatoes and they took it back and sent it back out 10 mins later removing the tomatoes and left the juice and seeds on the bun. There were no people in the restaurant the first 25 mins after ordering so that’s not a good excuse!

Just ordered online and just never got my sub, they never even answered my calls. They straight up robbed me!

Their sauce is better now than ever!

Such an inconsistent company. Never hot fresh pizza even when I show up early. The wings are never ever consistent in size. Cold food and overdrafted our account $60 without any resolution. Don't recommend eating

ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza. barely no cheese, not fully cooked and not the friendliest of employee on the phone who took our order...sorry, won't be dining there anymore.

Great food. The best pizza in 3 counties. Davy Crockett would love this pizza. Earl Thomas Conley used to get his pizza there.

Two hours, and cold food. was a regular now. I'm not ordering again. I've got kids to feed. I order 3, or more times a week. to get that kind of service.

We order from here at least once a week. At least we did! This time the spaghetti tasted like it was boiled in soapy water and the person that cooked it forgot to wash their hands before they placed the breadstick in the box, so they tasted soapy too! I'd visit a different giovanni's if I were you!
