West Portsmouth Giovanni's

45 minute wait for cold food, and the wrong order. Ordered a sub without tomatoes and they took it back and sent it back out 10 mins later removing the tomatoes and left the juice and seeds on the bun. There were no people in the restaurant the first 25 mins after ordering so that’s not a good excuse!

Just ordered online and just never got my sub, they never even answered my calls. They straight up robbed me!

Their sauce is better now than ever!

Such an inconsistent company. Never hot fresh pizza even when I show up early. The wings are never ever consistent in size. Cold food and overdrafted our account $60 without any resolution. Don't recommend eating

ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza. barely no cheese, not fully cooked and not the friendliest of employee on the phone who took our order...sorry, won't be dining there anymore.

We order from here at least once a week. At least we did! This time the spaghetti tasted like it was boiled in soapy water and the person that cooked it forgot to wash their hands before they placed the breadstick in the box, so they tasted soapy too! I'd visit a different giovanni's if I were you!

I ordered a large pep pizza and the driver with the very long hair and bad tattoos was demanding a tip of 69$ this is unacceptable

I dont know what happened but their pizza went down the toilet. No flavor in the pizza sauce what so ever.

Traveling all day. Decided to stop & have a Giovanni pizza. My husband's favorite. Pizza was good. Was having a nice meal until a couple with 6 kids came in. They were running and screaming through the place. The parents couldn't or wouldn't control them. The kept telling them to sit down but they didn't. We hurried to finish. My husband asked if they acted that way all the time. Mother said yes. They were just kids. We told her that kids should not act like that in a restaurant. The dad told us to watch what we said. The owners should have said something to them.We will Never go back to the west Portsmouth Giovannis again.
