I had not been to this location before. I am glad I read the reviews after I went. LOL I actually only got on to put how awesome the staff was and the food was spot on to what I ordered and expected. I know with as many toppings dealt with at Subway I can see how it could easily get mixed up. This is twice now we’ve been to this location. First being my sub wasn’t toasted when supposed to be toasted. Then today….ordered 4 subs 2 of which was supposed to have lettuce both had no lettuce. 1 was supposed to have honey mustard and chipotle. Only had honey mustard. I chalked the first one up to people make mistakes. Clearly this is an ongoing thing. And someone needs to be managing there workers
Went there Tuesday evening Sept 3,2024. Sat in the Drive Thru for about 10 minutes before order was taken. I ordered footlong Chicken/Bacon Ranch with mixed shredder cheese toasted & a dozen chocolate chip cookies. I get home to eat dinner and there is not 1 piece of Bacon on my sandwich or cheese. Not Happy!!!!
