I am so disappointed in my last several visits at Wendy's. The app seems to be not working correctly when applying coupons, and the employees seem to be bothered when inquiring. Fine, I understand they can be separate entities. I am happy to pay full price for something special, like a pretzel baconator.
The first trip, I attributed the lack of pretzel bun to the confusion I may have caused when wanting to use a coupon. On my second trip, I used the app to be sure...

I rate all franchise and chain operations tin comparison only to other branches of the same brand... and this particular Wendy's was lower down on the scale. No greeting at all as I approach the counter, took several minutes longer than usual to get the food out, and the tables were ALL dirty. Hence the 3 stars.

I don't understand why rating is so low. Should be a 5! Food selections and quality is always great. Staff are friendly and accurate on filling orders. Dining and restrooms are always clean. Wendy's has definitely surpassed McDonald's in all areas at my location in West Union, Ohio.
