Horrible place, they smoke right in front of the front door and are rude with absolutely no customer service experience. Rude and not properly trained. The Mount Orab is ran a lot better. Also tap and gangster music it’s not appropriate for my children.

Today I placed an order for 2 combos of the new chizzas and a 5 piece tender meal on their app. Paid almost $40. Go inside and wait for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me. Finally some blonde teenager came up and asked what I had so I told him and he was like so this is really funny, it’s a funny thing. We don’t have the stuff to make the chizzas and we don’t have stuff to make chicken tenders. Um what? No phone call or anything to let me know. So I asked so how do I get...read full review

Ordered a three piece white meat with slaw and got 3 piece dark with mash patato. Ordered a 2 piece with mash patatos add a side of slaw. Got 2 piece dark meat with slaw was charged for what I ordered then when I tried to call no answer and answering machine was full. Really poor service and no quality control at all. Poor owners management and staff.
