I don't understand why rating is so low. Should be a 5! Food selections and quality is always great. Staff are friendly and accurate on filling orders. Dining and restrooms are always clean. Wendy's has definitely surpassed McDonald's in all areas at my location in West Union, Ohio.
Great food. Friendly service.
Jr bacon burgers are my favorite thank you

Wendy's in West Union, Ohio offers great food selections with friendly staff and clean facilities, surpassing McDonald's in all areas. While the morning and day shifts excel in freshness and service, the dinner and night shifts struggle with long waits, old food, and lack of management. Despite occasional food mess ups, the fast service and good temperature of the food make Wendy's a reliable choice for a quick meal.
