Food was good. We had loaded tots. It’s described as having bacon croutons, but we only found 3 small pieces of bacon. My husband and I both had burgers that were really good, just the way we wanted them. But his fries were not hot and my creamy Cole slaw was dry, not creamy. I ended up taking most of it home and adding mayonnaise the next day for lunch. Our server was very attentive, and friendly. I like the atmosphere—it’s not too loud. And the patio is nice in the warmer months. It sits up higher than the surrounding shopping center, so you are looking out over the parking lot and other stores. Wish I could have given it a 5 for food, but not this time😞.

Been here several times over the years since it was first built and am literally never disappointed. The food is always stellar, the service is a joy, and the prices are perfectly reasonable (and I hope it all stays that way.)

Good food but a very limited menu
Kind of expensive since no bread or salad is served with dinner meals.

Great food today! My sister got the classic Mac and Cheese and it was lovely, another person tried the jambalaya pasta and it was AMAZING!! I got the fall grilled cheese and the only thing is I would definitely add some of that great looking bacon to it! Just a tad too sweet!
We came at lunch and there was 4 tables total. Our server didn’t come to our table for over 7 minutes after we were sat. I ordered the short rib sandwich. Do not order. There was truly no meat on my sandwich. I told the server and she took my plate and said they were fixing it. When she brought it back the cooks added 1 small piece to one half of my sandwich and didn’t touch the other half. The sandwich was $18 and it was literally all cheese and mushroom, barely any short rib. The service was slow and took forever and it was not busy at all.

Overpriced, disappointing food. Will get hostess attitude if you didn't make a reservation...respectively this pub doesn't seem like a high end place calling for the need of reservations. Food was awful, the pretzel appetizer has to be shipped in frozen then reheated to serve, the burger was undercooked and blood dripping out, soggy bun, and a heaping mound of long shredded lettuce that hangs out of your mouth with every bite. The parmesan fries were cold and had the texture of being cooked an hour ago. The tiny amount of ketchup given for the fries is laughable too. I get food prices went up but sheesh can you throw us a bone for how much you charge? The fish and chip were also bad, how do you mess up a simple fish and chip dinner? I also have to respectively note that having employees pour your drink from a can into a glass at your table is a bit too much, especially when the employee has visible dirty fingers nails (really not trying to be a jerk here). It made me lose my appetite a bit in wondering about my food being cooked.
Anyway, save yourself the experience and go to another restaurant.
Gone from hero to zero at this location. To go orders now have tiny sides instead of the full size that one gets in restaurant. As well, the quality has become embarrassing. Have gotten very over cooked, tiny amounts of chicken to go on salads. And, this pathetic thing was a "wedge salad," the butt of the lettuce was still attached and there are maybe 3 leaves. Ridiculous. After more than one failure time to move on.

Please tell me how this tiny "wedge salad" (1.5 leafs of romaine) and 3 bites of chicken costs $16.75?! Extremely disappointed. I ordered directly from their website and picked up my food in person from their Westerville location today. Waste of money and gas.
This place was a great dining experience! The food was delicious and served large portions. Our server was pleasant and helpful in suggesting menu items. Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was homey on a Sunday afternoon.

Great food and family friendly.
Really dislike removing happy hour at the regular tables. This was a beer friendly family restaurant. I looked forward to my beer and cocktails on Fridays with my family but now my husband and I refuse to order drinks because of the happy hour change.

Went for lunch with office colleagues. We had a great time there. Nice location and welcoming staff. We enjoyed the food. Butternut squash perogies was really good.

The food was overall pretty flavorless (chicken sandwich, mahi sandwich, coleslaw). Our service was acceptable but nothing stellar. Decent beer options.
Nothing was bad, but nothing was really good either.

Came here after a long walk around Ikea. They have super good food, great atmosphere: cozy, inviting and not too cold! We ordered two different types of Mac n cheese (allow me to recommend the one with green chili). They have a diverse menu and items you don't see too often. Their cocktail menu is great and they serve them up! (I'm so tired of getting cocktails in beer glasses.) can't wait to go back. Not a bad place for a date. They have plenty of parking.
