Whenever you don't want to be alive anymore and everything is going wrong, all you need is to come here and eat. Everyone is so nice and the food is absolutely amazing.

The food here is fantastic — the pork steamed buns and pork chashu donburi were both super tasty. The atmosphere is a bit on the cool and echo-y side rather than warm and cozy, but the location in Uptown Westerville is lovely. Overall, great food and a nice spot — I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing food, atmosphere and waitstaff. I couldn’t have been more surprised as I frequent Westerville often and didn’t know Ampersand existed. What a hidden treasure that I hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy! I’ll be visiting again very soon!! Overall a 10!!!

One of my FAVORITE restaurants. I’ve been many times and never had a bad experience when it comes to service or food. The messy fries are EVERYTHING And so unique. Can’t get them anywhere else.

We had dinner here last night & our experience was exceptional! We eat plant based for a majority of our diet, & are always looking for a restaurant that takes our taste buds on a journey. We had their tofu steamy buns, their vegan rice bowl, & their fungus amongst us Ramen bowl. We liked how we were able to curate the heat and spice level as well as the added veggies. Their marinated tofu was so flavorful and crispy!
Nathan, our waiter, added a whole new level to our experience. He was super kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He offered suggestions since it was our first visit, but definitely not our last visit.
Westerville has a lot of gems to enjoy, but this is a must stop!

Ramen taste/quality is at or below average other ramen that can be found nearby. Minus 1 star automatically for any restaurants where the tip options are presented on a screen with 20%, 25%, 30% while the server hovers over the table. Good location in Westerville.

My husband and I have been fans of Ampersand since the Short North location first opened, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in Columbus. When the Westerville location opened, we started going there regularly—especially since Amber moved to that location! The staff is always so welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible.

Recently, I reached out to Megan (the owner) about hosting a fundraiser for Pelotonia, and she immediately said yes with so much enthusiasm. It means a lot to see a local business not only deliver amazing dining experiences but also give back to the community in such a meaningful way. Ampersand will always be one of our go-to places.

Came in for some ramen and green tea looking wack and tired. I had just had a procedure and showed up in a full sweat suit and tie dye crocs haha, very different than the atmosphere, but our server treated us like every other customer and was very attentive! The only small thing I’ll note is the acoustics inside it can get really loud during peak time. Highly suggest the Tonkatsu ramen. Nothing like some broth and green tea after surgery to make you feel whole again :)

Their profile said they were open but when we and several other guests arrived, all we saw was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. Please have someone on your team properly manage your Google business profile. We had family come from out of town to try out your location.

Food came out raw, service was slow and nonchalant. It was also way too expensive. I Would not recommend coming here.
