ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE!! This location needs SHUT DOWN AND DEMOLISHED!!! Not only is it visibly in shambles and falling apart ,the place looks incredibly unsanitary.. ontop of how nasty it looks the food is just as bad ,assuming you actually get what you ordered. The level of incompetence at this place with the management and staff is absolutely astonishing!! I pray 🙏 NONE OF THESE STAFF MEMBERS REPRODUCE!! Expect total disappointment time and time again with this one!

First time trying the steak bites and they were burnt. I mean black with the charred taste. One of the potatoe cakes was like a brick also. Do better!

Stopped by on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Tried to use the on line app to order but the app wasn’t working so went inside to the counter. Person on charge took my order and honored the on line coupon no problem once I showed him my app. Ordered the turkey bacon club sandwich which was very good. Only drawback is the interior of the restaurant is very tired and in need of a remodel. Staff was friendly.

Came by here, went thru drive thru. Went to use my drive thru code & told they cant get it to work, do the item offer on the app I paid full price for. Why even ask if I have the app or using the app today at the drive thru?

The employees at this location do not care about customer service. It's really sad! Also, I am not sure if this is not a corporate location or what, but the building is in DESPERATE need of updates.
If you want Arby's, go to the Maxtown location in Westerville.

Never will we eat there again. We were the only ones there. Many workers were there. Never acknowledged us. Guy at the counter had his back to us and was playing on his cell phone. After about 10 minutes he took our order. Food was nasty. Didn't get what we ordered. Got curly fries that we didn't want. They were burned and all stuck together. Charged for food we did not order. Never again. Horrible.
