Google says they're open until 11, drive through until 1am. I come by at 10:20, and there's an "Open" sign lit up in the window, but the drive through speaker box told me they're closed. If they're regularly closed by 10pm, they should update their Google Maps listing, but maybe this was an unplanned closure. In any case, turn off the "Open" sign when you're closed.

I stood at the counter until 12:55 before a single word was said to me. Employees were walking around near the counter just not acknowledging my presence.
Waited another 5 minutes for my food to be ready.
I was going to make a comment about the wait to the staff but the guy immediately walked away after handing me my food.

Late night bites aren't what they used to be. Cold food, old fries, no help, or help that no longer cares about delivering good service. Just task completion, which is why AUTOMATION is such a big conversation in these industries. If you program a robot to deliver hot food fast, that's what you'll get. I digress... I'll just ask for fresh food if I choose to indulge in fast food or any food orders from here on out. *managing expectations*
