Went around 8pm tonight and the girl at the window acted like I was extremely inconveniencing her. I ordered the new cheesy burger and they had me pull around while they prepared it. I am now confused what they were doing for all that time because they forgot to put the burger patty in the burger! I dont know if they cleaned the grill and didn’t want to make a patty or if they somehow missed it during the extra preparation time. This is not the first time they messed up my order but it might be my worst.

So it took about 15 minutes to get all our food then another 20 for Arby's sauce. When we got our cold food my sandwich was a rainbow of odd colors including green parts that looked like fish scales. I showed the manager and she tried to convince me it was normal. The guy behind us also asked for a new sandwich due to weird coloring and she gave him the same spel... He also thought she was delusional.
Order was incorrect. Paid extra for items that were not added to sandwiches. Food was cold, bread on one of sandwiches was stale. When returned to store to obtain forgotten items, no apology offered for inconvenience. Instead the employee looked annoyed. Not the first time this type of service has been given at this Arby’s, but tried again tonight.

Miss the old fast staff. Miss the old tree in the middle of the restaurant, the comfy booths. The young lady at the register Alivia was the highlight. She was friendly. The food took 19 mins. With 2 cars in the drive thru and no one else in the restaurant. Food was not great. Pretty disappointed.
