I’ve been going here for months now. It’s the best place to get consistently well prepared breakfast. Selection and the appropriate amount of cream cheese. There bagels sandwiches are the best I’ve ever had!

I have had an urge for a good bagel. No one does it the traditional way of boiling them before being baked. Well, Barry Bagels does. They have a great assortment, plus they have sandwich bagels. First time I had a Rye bagel with egg salad, then I had a pastrami on Jalapeño bagel. YUM! OH, you should try the Jalapeño cream cheese.

I was ao happy when this location opened. Up i grew up right down the street from the original barrys. He was. Always. A very good man to us always. Gave us. Chores around the. Shop to earn. Free bagels so this really pains me to day. What happened. To barrys. Food. Still very good quality. But staff is ruining the barry location the woman who waited on me was wearing. Ear buds literally having a. Phone. Conversation with someone the entire. Time she messed up my order I tried to. Correct and she must not have heard me. So I didn't push it but now I am. Sitting here. With food I don't want because someone's phone Conversation was more important thats. Just a terrible. Way to. Do. Buisness shame on this. Franchise

Too much microwaving going on for the price- in my opinion.

I was hoping for more scratch made options.

The bagels could have been toasted more and the microwaved sausage and microwaved eggs were jut that - microwaved meh.

They were busy and staff were friendly. I was greeted at the door and the lady helping me was Customer focused.

All in all I would not seek this out, I would not seek them out. Nothing that screams I must come back.

Dietary restrictions: Several options but looking at their nutritional information the first ingredient in many bagels is high gluten wheat flour.

I love Barry’s Bagels and hate to even have to give this review. The food was fantastic!! This was my first time at the Westerville location, I usually frequent the Dublin location.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with how RUDE the staff member was at the Westerville location that I encountered yesterday. I didn’t get her name. I preface this by saying, I remained patient, friendly and even left a tip because I understand people have bad days.
—I walked in and was the only customer. The staff member was at the counter working on an online order. I was carrying my 12 month old and she never even acknowledged me, or said she’d be right with me, etc. It was silence. I grabbed a tray, and after 5 minutes a simple greeting or even a “what would you like today?” Would have been fine. Instead she finally looked up at me as though she had been waiting all day on me to place my order.
I brushed it off…
I proceeded to tell her my order and when she asked what kind of meat I wanted, I said sausage and Havarti as the cheese , she cut me off and said “WAIT A MINUTE!”….
I got silent. Despite having a tray in my hand, baby in the other, she packed up my order togo threw it in the bag and rung me out, it was then I realized her attitude and lack of acknowledgement towards me seemed intentional.
I tipped anyway, unpacked our 3 items and we ate in. I got to watch her treat a handful of people who walked in after me, with much better service.

Terrible customer service. When I walked in no one smiled or said hi! The girl did not offer any sugguestiins or listen to anything I was asking for. Will not be back!

Poor customer service. The bagels were decent. They use Sabra hummus in case you're interested in that. Feels like the fast-food of bagels. Coffee wasn't great.

So this is the second time we’ve gotten bagels from here. First time they were very good. This last go around, man the Asiago bagels tasted like those Thomas bagels that are in the coolers at Kroger. Pretty upsetting tbh. Still give it a go, maybe an off day.

Poor customer service experience here this morning. Person taking my order/making my bagel was extremely rude and impersonal. Would suggest hiring a more friendly employee to help customers. She was also wearing an earbud talking to someone on the phone the whole time while still finding a way to make me feel like a total bother.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about Barry Bagels so I was excited to try it out for the first time. The staff gave off weird vibes, stared, and were not too responsive to our questions. They seemed annoyed to take our order and acted as if we were some type of burden. I asked my relatives if they felt the same, and they agreed. It took quite a while for the eggel sandwiches to be ready and one came back with the wrong type of bagel but that staff person immediately corrected it—although it came out quite quickly and was not hot. Her colleague gave us a mean stare as she was correcting the order. The eggel sandwich itself was quite underwhelming, the bagel was tough, and the eggs were not great quality. After looking at other reviews, it seems others have felt the same. This experience made my family and I feel really unwelcome and because of that, I have no interest in coming back.
