This Bibibop location is in line with other Bibibop restaurants Iâve visited, which is to say the food is tasty and the service is friendly and efficient. I enjoy Bibibop as a healthy fast-casual alternative to restaurants like Chipotle, although Iâve yet to grow tired of my Bibibop meal as I eventually did with my go-to at Chipotle. This location sometimes gets busy but the wait is never unbearable. I make going to Bibibop a weekly tradition as it allows me to get some fermented foods that I otherwise wouldnât have in my diet, like kimchi and pickled red onions. Spicy chicken and yum-yum sauce is my go-to and the free miso soup is also good.

Food and prices have definitely been better in the past. We paid $50 for two people â one order had double protein.
The place is very clean, and the staff is polite and courteous. Service was good, maybe even excellent, but nothing above and beyond.
As for the food: It was over-sauced, over-oiled, and under-seasoned. That said, it was cooked fairly well. Just be mindful of how long it sits â it doesnât hold up great. Still, itâs better than Panda Express, for what thatâs worth.
Drinks were hit or miss. Lemonade was okay. Soda is soda. The green tea? I was told it âtastes like dishwater â shouldâve just got water.â (To be fair, she doesnât like sugar or sweet stuff.)
Overall, itâs fair. Not amazing, but they wonât totally disappoint. Just keep your expectations low â COVID changed everything. âAnd when the COVID attacked, everything changed.â (To quote that one show.) ---

The restaurant is busy, but the environment remains clean and tidy. In addition, their yum yum sauce is my favorite! Highly recommend this place!
Iâm âaddictedâ, the yum yum sauce must have nicotine in it or something đ I try to not buy all the time but itâs hard to not. Iâve never had an issue and the people working here are always pleasant.
