I want to give a great review, but I can’t. My niece (who visited for the first time) and I went to BE on Sunday around 1:30, we waited for an hour to get a table, (mainly because they skipped over my name) then we waited another 35 min to get a server (which btw, was the only one working on a busy day). Five people were lallygagging behind the counter and one in particular moved slower than a snail. When we finally got our food, it was not to the standard of BE. We left at nearly 4:00 pm. The server and the host were fantastic, but you really need to check on the other folks. They do not work and quality lacks.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. No one helped. No one said I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Until we turned to walk out and got oh hey. Too little to late. Didn't mind waiting, being completely ignored is another thing

We bought TWO Thanksgiving Day dinners,carry out, for $33.00!!!! Plus a $7.00 tip.They were advertised on TV for $8.99?! The food tasted TERRIBLE!! What a disappointment and rip off.

The wait staff did not offer my wife a refill on her coffee and just took her empty mug and gave her a water glass without saying anything. They were out of biscuits, so our orders came out on toast instead of biscuits, (unless we wanted to wait 30-45 minutes). As the server passed our table multiple times I had to ask for a refill of my soda. We were quite disappointed by this visit to a Bob Evans.

I stopped in a few months ago, NO SOAP IN WOMENS BATHROOM. Stopped for lunch again today and STILL NO SOAP IN BATHROOM. I told my husband and we figured none of the staff could wash their hands, so we were disgusted and left immediately.

One of the WORST experiences i’ve ever had. From bad service to terrible food and unsanitary dishes. Not only did they treat us with disrespect and attitude but even the people beside us were judging us as we were calmly asking for a replacement since they did not provide us with the food we asked for. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Tried to dine in the evening of 11/7/24, the wait was a short 25 minutes while the whole rear of the restaurant wasn’t being used, the servers and kitchens were arguing waitress walked away in the middle of placing our order, we ended up leaving after 45 minutes after being set. Rude and unprofessional service. Half a star would be more than they deserved.

Took over 40 minutes to make a farmers breakfast and a turkey lurkey? It’s a Thursday morning, not Sunday after church. Guess they prioritize dine in employees over takeout. Now I’m late to work still waiting on my order for me and my kiddo.

Dined with a friend. Different layout than most Bob Evans buildings... Nice, secluded waiting area. Turkey and Dressing meal was tasty. Friend ordered Breakfast Bowl. Needed to ask for more hot water for our teas... Only one pitcher brought, finally received another before we finished eating. We needed to ask for additional napkins... They were fairly busy: around 12:30.
