The wait was ridiculous long to get drinks and even longer for food , once our food came out it was cold and someone was missing something from their meal. No apologies from server or any accommodations. They could have atleast offered us a biscuit or roll while we waited an hour for our cold food. Go to a different location is my suggestion.

Table server, host, was great.. kitchen not so much.. no buns ( not 86'd for front of house to know), slow food- almost all hour for a booth family order.. a Burger, half salad... with empty tables. Sad.

I need the name of the hostess, she is beyond wonderful, every time my Dad and I come there she’s so welcoming & gives good vibes. She takes great care of us, makes us feel welcomed, & is very professional. Next time we come in I am gonna write down her name so I don’t forget it & I will make another review. All servers have been great as well. The food is always good too. I shared a picture of what I had today & my Dad had breakfast food & loved it.

I’ve been coming here for several years. Im a first responder and I have always gotten a discount with my meal. Today the manager decided to check me out and told me I can’t get a discount cause I’m not military. I’m going to say when I told her I was a First responder, she looked at me like she didn’t believe me and I’m gonna say most likely because of my appearance probably because I am not a white man that probably fits her cookie cutter image of a first responder. I guess the 10% discount that the company gives for specific service members in public servants comes out of her pocket because she got very abrupt. When I told her she could ask the other associate she works with because that is the person who always gives me my discount.
The way she acted during this interaction definitely gave me a negative image of this location to where I feel like I will not be coming back here and visit the other location in Westerville. Which is sad because I like the servers at this location since my grandfather, my son and I come here on a almost weekly basis

Stopped in here recently and overall had a good experience. I
ordered the Sunrise Burger and it was really solid juicy, flavorful, and put together well. The atmosphere was also nice: relaxed, comfortable, and a good place to sit and enjoy a meal.
The only downside was the homefries. They could have been cooked better a bit underdone and missing that crisp texture I was hoping for. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely room for improvement.
Service was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. I’d come back again, especially for the burger, and I’m hoping next time the homefries match the quality of the rest of the meal.

Lots of new and very tempting menu items. As a diabetic I had to avoid most of them but if you have a sweet tooth like me and enjoy blueberries or apple cinnamon or a larger variety of desserts give Bob Evans another try. Breakfast for dinner as usual for me.

Went in for late dinner last night. After being seated, which was a challenge because there were no clean tables, the first booth was obviously used to pile all the dirty dishes on from all the tables, not an appetizing atmosphere. After 45 minutes we had no silverware, no bread, and no food. BTW they were not busy. Staff seemed completely incompetent. Restaurant also appears to be a hangout for a local homeless person.
We have frequented this restaurant for years for breakfast, night and day as service is good, staff is good, and environment fine.
But we our done with this restaurant, too many other better options.

Excellent food and excellent service
Country fried steak wasn’t bad. Haven’t been here for years and was hoping they still had the broasted chicken I liked, it’s longer on the menu. Bobby’s is still preferred over a Denny’s or IHOP to eat.

Service was fine no problems there. This is about pricing and amout of food. First off 4.29 for a coke to drink, shame on you bob evens! That's hiway robbery without a gun. I ordered the sunshine skillet. It came in the same kind of box my toast, and bacon came in. So small it fit in the palm of my hand. It was a mini sunshine skillet. Get real!! I will not be eating at Andy bob evens ever again do to, to high priced and amount of food and quality isn't what it uses to be sad to say.

Ordered via Bob Evens site for curbside pickup. I purchased a family size soup (for four), and a family size pecan spinach salad with chicken, it came with 12 rolls. The total came to $41 and some change. I did not tip. The chicken noodle soup was delicious and hot. The salad was very good, however the chicken was questionable at best. There were pieces so tough and rubbery that it turned your stomach. The rolls were very good. Super quiet location, I really don't think they are getting much business throughout the week. The employee who brought the food was ok, seemed a little confused but was kind. Personally I'm not going to spend that much money on soup and salad again. It's sad that they aren't freshly prepping their meats, that chicken was 100% processed and prepared at a different location and shipped in a bag to be reheated and served. No thanks. That's a big nope from me

I ordered a pot roast family size dinner and 3 items were missing - costs about $54.00. I called the manager and she said sorry I can’t refund your money however, I can give you a $20 gift certificate for the next time you come in.
I called today for another pickup order and I let the person know when I called in that I was going to be using that $20 gift certificate And what I wanted to order.
When I got there, the order was wrong again?? and there was no note from the manager that told me that they were going to give me a gift certificate for the negligence of checking everything.
I know this job is extremely difficult, however, I spoke to 2 managers and they just didn’t treat me with respect enough because they got 2 orders wrong and it took a 1 hour for me to get My
to go order
to be corrected-
1 whole hour when I was told to pick it up in 15 minutes.
When this kind of thing happens, the meal needs to be free.

They charged more than the menu prices and when I asked about it, I was told that prices may vary….as they had one customer in the whole restaurant. When I got the soup home, it was horrible. It’s no wonder the parking lot is always empty.
