My husband was initially hesitant about dining at Bob Evans, but I insisted we give it a try, citing the quality of their food. As individuals with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, we had certain expectations. Unfortunately, our visit to Bob Evans fell short of those expectations.

Our server, an older woman named Jen who appeared to have years of experience, neglected to provide us with silverware, which we had to request. When it finally arrived, it was dirty, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Jen attributed this oversight to changes within the establishment, despite the fact that she was training a new server. It's worth noting that the fundamental principles of service remain constant across all establishments. “The 10 steps of service”

Additionally, the banana bread was undercooked; I initially mistook it for two end pieces until I flipped it over. I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, who graciously offered us a loaf of blueberry bread as a gesture of goodwill.

It is my hope that this Bob Evans location can learn from our experience as seasoned professionals in the service industry and enhance their operations by improving service, ensuring food is properly prepared, and providing clean silverware.

Long story short after my kids got out of co-op class it was almost 4 pm but not quiet and we decided to call Bob Evans and we talked over the phone, drove there in person yesterday and was even seated because they said they had free kids meals and their management would fix it because 4 pm was very close around the corner. Next thing I knew we talked to a mean waitress who wasn't into it until after 4. It really doesn't make sense because kids get out of school at 3:30 anyway so she went in the back to complain and then the person who told us he would make sure everything was good didn't honor his agreement so we just up and left because the whole thing was ridiculous. It was almost 4 pm. Infact by the time we left it probably would have been 4:30 pm so we just said forget it if they're going to say something and do another and not honor that the customer is always right we don't want any part of it. So we will never come back to this location it put a soul taste in our mouths. The waitress should not have got in an argument with the manager over a couple of kids meals.

The food is fine but the wait time are so ridiculous. I placed a curbside order and it took 45 minutes to make, way longer than the estimated time. i won’t come back here again due to the wait alone. unless you have an hour to wait for food during off hours (let alone rush), then find somewhere else to eat.

Absolutely horrible. On a road trip home from Florida. Stopped to eat. Over an hour and 30, so i asked where our food was. Half of it was up, and the other half was being prepared... Worst service ever from a Bob Evan's... The food was just ok. The coffee was watery and weak. The waitress was apologetic and nice.

Sausage gravy came out cold as well as my oatmeal. Had to send it back to warm it up. Usually i never have an issue with temperature of food

Waitress was rude its was colder inside than outside i said it to a employee they said they were going to get it warmer what a lie it got colder and the food was ice cold in 3 minutes of how cold it was inside

Very slow service. Was in for over an hour just for a chicken salad. The server was nice, just give yourself plenty of time if you go.

We came Sun around 11:30 am. The restaurant was pretty empty. We had a large party of 13 people. We were sat & it took a while for us to get drinks. We were informed the system was down so they had to do everything by hand. The server was very nice. We got our food except for 2 people in our party. She said she would get it. After 10 more minutes the other server came & did not realize we were still missing 2 entrees. We canceled one but wanted my niece's blueberry pancakes. We waited another 10 mins with no food. We never got refills to our drinks. Hayley was nice & apologized. It was a disappointing meal before we flew back home. I work in hospitality at Disney & with 2 servers this should not have happened.

The greeter, was wonderful the waitress I thought was going to be great, but I never got my toast, it took awhile for our food to come to the table people that was seated after us was getting their food sooner then us my omelet was very oily and flavorless.
When we arrived there wasn't a wait time and it wasn't busy. I usually enjoy bob Evans service and food but this time they fell short on both

There's all new staff at this location including management and when we went there to get an online order pickup we waited for over an hour I'm sure they're going to work The kinks out but right now guys you better find a different Bob Evans cuz Bob Evans is an amazing and wonderful place to eat they have wonderful food and their atmosphere and the service is usually top-notch this location however has all new staff and management and nobody knows what they're doing we waited and waited and waited and there was many people in front of us that were asking for refunds which they will not give to you at the store they will make you call their corporate office and try to get a refund from them best effort do not go to this location find another Bob Evans! Let me say again Bob Evans is wonderful great people great atmosphere and I love their food however this location is not the one you want to be at right now ???

My husband has been sick so we ordered chicken noodle soup and rolls through doordash from this Bob Evans and they can't even get rolls right. They sent us dry stale rolls, they taste like they were from the day before. That is not good service.

Took forever to get our food table of 5. No one said anything but it was felt. Turkey dinner presentation on the plate not so good. Veg spread out potato serving small looked dirty instead of bright white. Turkey slice had a dry tough piece freezer burn or dried out on the stream table. 5 out of 10
