I dined in your restaurant this morning. A young black waitress had too much perfume on. I have COPD and struggle to breathe. I was unable to eat my $13 omelet.

High pitched noise. The older people cant hear it but younger ones can. I suggested maybe turning off the music to see if that was what was causing it. But they have not.

The food was very good and our server, Mykayla, was very nice and attentive. We had two kids with us and she was so nice to them.

The last 3 times we’ve ordered curbside carry out we’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes past our pick up time to get our food. 2 of those times we gave up and just went inside to ask for our order. Both those times we went in, the restaurant was not busy and there were 7-8 employees just leaning behind the counter chatting with each other. This most recent time, there weren’t any customers in the restaurant and about 8 employees were leaning on the counter chatting. We showed up right at our scheduled time and waited about 20 mins in the car after calling. I went inside and they hadn’t even put our food together or in bags. 30 minutes after the scheduled time and you didn’t even have it together? Super disappointing. They’re also super rude when answering the phone for curbside pickup, like they’re mad/resentful for people using it. I’m disabled, it’s not always possible for me to walk into the place and carry out the food.

All the locations seem to be going downhill. Maybe it's just me.

This week I’ve eaten at two different Bob Evans one on 3637 which was nice in Delaware and this Bob Evans was in Westerville. Both of these restaurants really need to clean their bathrooms and make them look more presentable. The food was good and the restaurant itself looked very clean. But the bathrooms shake my head seriously need some attention. Top to bottom.

The waitress kept missing to bring items from our order or brought the wrong ones, had to ask for silverware. When the food came presentation was terrible and didn’t taste that good, won’t go back to this location.

My husband was initially hesitant about dining at Bob Evans, but I insisted we give it a try, citing the quality of their food. As individuals with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, we had certain expectations. Unfortunately, our visit to Bob Evans fell short of those expectations.
Our server, an older woman named Jen who appeared to have years of experience, neglected to provide us with silverware, which we had to request. When it finally arrived, it was dirty, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Jen attributed this oversight to changes within the establishment, despite the fact that she was training a new server. It's worth noting that the fundamental principles of service remain constant across all establishments. “The 10 steps of service”
Additionally, the banana bread was undercooked; I initially mistook it for two end pieces until I flipped it over. I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, who graciously offered us a loaf of blueberry bread as a gesture of goodwill.
It is my hope that this Bob Evans location can learn from our experience as seasoned professionals in the service industry and enhance their operations by improving service, ensuring food is properly prepared, and providing clean silverware.
