Bru Burger Bar Westerville

Great place to stop off for a burger and some drinks. Brought my friends here straight from Australia to grab a bite. I’ve eaten here several times over the years excellent food, service, and really nice atmosphere, a nice comfortable interior space, bar seating, high tops and tables available. Our server Nicole took great care of us. Food was served altogether nice and hot. Great bang for your buck. Stop in and try it sometime even if you don’t have guests in from Australia.

Got my food to-go this time but I've dined in here before. I got the Bru Burger and fries and both were delicious. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Nice, clean restaurant. If you like burgers and fries give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Fries cold, onion rings cold, burger average at best, only thing that saved was reasonable dressing no prices and service. Would not recommend

We enjoyed a small table for 4 and not only enjoyed our dinner, but we were able to have a discussion without interruptions. I personally enjoy the food and the service.

Food was good, server was great and they were willing to accommodate our request to have the music turned down (had 2 people in our group who were hard of hearing).

First time visiting. Loved the atmosphere, service was good but maybe a little understaffed as it seemed our server was also bartender. Bison burger overcooked which absolutely should not happen in a burger joint. Otherwise good menu and drink selection

I was disappointed with my recent experience after finding a bug in my salad. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the restaurant’s response was surprisingly underwhelming—they offered little more than a dismissive acknowledgment and took the salad off our bill. A sincere apology would have gone a long way.

Great two tier with a 2nd floor patio. Food is amazing. Burgers are pretty big. Fries are great.
