I reserved a table for 4 through the online booking system. I indicated that we were celebrating a birthday. We walked right in the door, gave my name and were immediately seated, which wasn't an issue because there were less than 10-15 tables with guests. However, we were given the absolutely WORST table in the restaurant, which was on the 2nd floor, back in the corner behind the elevator by an unused server station, with all of the blinds closed. It was a dark/dungeonlike/depressing seating. We asked to be moved next to the window in one of the 7+ EMPTY tables. Our server was new, so you can forgive a few little foibles, although they had indicated that they had previously been working at the check-in station, so you would think that they would be familiar with the hospitality processes of general waitering. Our drinks were filled regularly, and food brought promptly. We were asked if we wanted desert, we declined, and then they looked at their hand-held terminal and said "it looks like someone has a birthday" and they had a brownie for them. After bringing the brownie, the server began clearing the table, even though two of us were still nibbling and I was still eating my order of onion rings. The server was reaching right in front of my face to take the dirty plate from a member of my party. I literally had to stop from putting an onion ring in my mouth because it was blocked with a dirty, food scrapped plate as the server collected it. There was no reason to rush us out the door or to clear the table while some guests were still eating. I am a chef, culinary arts program director and professor. It doesn't take all the education/experience of a culinary professional to know you don't take dirty plates in front of someone's face while they are trying to eat. It wasn't like there was a line to get in the restaurant. They didn't need our table and we obviously weren't through or ready to leave.

Been going here since it opened - they have been consistent in their service and food/drink quality. The staff is always friendly. The burgers are some of the best around and we love the fries too! Highly recommend.

We had an excellent waitperson - she acknowledged everyone in our group and was attentive throughout. Food was as ordered and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Recommend making reservations.

Recommend reservations. Our server was very pleasant and attentive throughout. The restaurant was very busy but she kept an eye on her patrons with refills, etc. Orders were prepared and cooked as ordered.

We arrived for our dinner reservation and we're quickly accommodated for our request to sit downstairs. The service was good and as always the food was excellent! We tried something new this time the chili cheese fries and they were fantastic! I would highly recommend.

Service and food are both great but holy sh!t the beer prices are ridiculous. $9 for a Sam Adam’s Boston Lager is insane. That’s a six pack at the store. Oh, and fries are extra. 😒

Had a great experience with our party of 8. Service was great, and the food and beverages were delicious.

Went with some friends for Columbus restaurant week - I ended up splitting the garlic burger situation and the salmon sandwich with one of my friends. The burger was classic-can't go wrong. I wasn't sure about the salmon sandwich at first but it was actually pretty good! I would definitely go here again, we also had some appetizers- the pretzel sticks and salad were both delicious.

The Restaurant Week menu was great. A lot of options for everyone in each course. Portions were large-way more than we could eat. Good meal at a great price.

I was pleased with the atmosphere and the food/drink. My issue is...the restaurant has an occupancy of 133 and was full when we arrived, their mens room is single occupancy. Yep, drink a couple of draft beers and hope you get lucky when trying to relieve yourself. Big fail, Bru Burger. Needless to say, I will not patronize this establishment for an OSU game or other sporting event.

Food was delicious, but the service was very slow. It was also insanely hot in the restaurant.
