We had an outstanding experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Westerville! We were seated and served at the bar, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from BW3s, absolutely delicious. Our server, Kelly, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and efficiency made the experience even better. Service was truly impeccable. A big shout out as well to the manager, Dre, who was professional, welcoming, and clearly runs a tight ship. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere....this location consistently delivers. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Came in and sat at the bar. Knew it was going to take a while to get wings due to the football game being tonight. I dont mind waiting 50 min to get wings and fries, but there's no reason for the to be cold when they come out.

The food was great but they need to get better staff (servers) they don't welcome nobody and no smile at all , we came to have dinner and the host took us to a table without saying anything , we love buffalo wings but the need to make people feel welcomed

Before now, I did not realize wings could be so small, let alone overcooked to this extent. Ordering pick up is always a risk. This was beyond awful. I will never return to this location. It’s a reflection of the America in which we now live. Horrible. Boo!

They always fill the to go ranch cups like 1/4 full. It’s really annoying when you get a lot of wings and barely and ranch.

Seated fairly quickly, but took a few minutes to receive a waitress. We were seated under a speaker (with 2 kids under 10) and couldn’t hear each other talk. The grill was broken (had been down for a week according to the waitress), and the kids wanted burgers, so we left to get them burgers and put in a mobile order for the adults. Wings were great as always, tater tots were just okay.
