Rude employees specifically a older gentlemen with white hair and glasses. The food is cold and old. Service sucks as well
I live close to the BK on 161 but will drive all the way to the Schrock Road location every time. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and very seldom is an order wrong, but no one is perfect and mistakes happen. Keep up the good work!
