First off... for me to leave a review for a fast food place is a statement in itself. Secondly, that being said, this Burger King is just different. My review is not for the food, which is typical BK fare This review is for their staff. Jonathan, Annie, and Michael are my literal JAM. I truly cannot speak well enough for these guys who routinely see me there in their drive thru using the app and getting my mother-in-law her breakfast with the required substituted unsweet tea. They recognize my voice and my vehicle and know what I need before I even say it. Simply put, they deserve my shout out. Thank you J, A, and M for making my mornings a little brighter by your exceptional service and your hearts. You bless my mother-in-law and hence bless me!

Wendy, the cashier at the window was the best part of my experience today. She was thorough from start to finish with my order. And I found her to be most genuine and friendly. She definitely turned my day around and made me feel like a valued customer.

Went to pickup my order placed on Uber. Got inside the store 4 team members, 2 cooks, 1 drive through and one cashier. Cashier was on break the drive through lady was taking her family’s order on her phone while I standing waiting for my food just to walk outside to them for free. Mind you was in the store for 10 minutes at this point and the app said food was ready 15 minutes ago. No sense of urgency, lack of customer temperament and disregard for company rules being on the phone asking your sister if she wants the big fry or large combo

So it’s not their fault but my boyfriend defiantly thought it was closer to the hotel then it was but I got the huge bag like family size of all the Halloween items the bat shaped nuggets in a coffee box and mottz sticks in a decor box and orange freakin sandwich buns (in case anyone doesn’t get it, Pumpkin 🎃 for Halloween) this was my bday meal because I wanted to try the spooky stuff since I seen it advertised. Oh and the best add on 4 sundaes vanilla ice cream with dark purple icing and sprinkles of green and orange so yummy come to find out there pop tick candies :) this was for me and my partner so I’ll be honest I ate all four sundaes…

I went through the drive thru tonight after getting off of work, my second job. I was exhausted and sore. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. The drive thru worker was Wendy. She was AMAZING. It made my night better interacting with such a sweet and kind woman. Thanks WENDY!

Everybody goes to this Burger King for after church but the cook is busy on the phone
Food is usually good especially compaired to other in the Columbus area but they're ALWAYS slow especially for never being very busy. Poor girl from the drive thru window, who look like she was due any day now, had to walk all the around the building to give me my fries after I waited 5 mins additional to the already 5 mins I waited in the drive thru because they didn't have any made. I was thankful for hot fries for once but it took a while longer than planned. Other than that the food was good for being fast food. I often skip Burger King other places bc they tend to be cold and nasty but this one always seems to deliver on quality.

I have given this location so many chances to be good and it just unfortunately isn’t. The food the last 2 times i’ve gotten it has definitely been sitting out for a long period of time. It was pretty much inedible ( I will say this visit today at least half our food was fresh which is something that had not occurred yet) . Then came for breakfast today at 10:08 which they close at 10:30 and i thought that was very resonable . And they told me they were “no longer making biscuits” I just don’t understand . If you serve breakfast till 10:30 i feel like service should be allowed at least until 10:15 . The people here are generally nice which is why i’ve come back a few times to give us some chances. But it seems like is going to be a consistant issues and i’ve definitely had better service at other locations.

Typical fast food burgers. Is it good? Sure. But my 5 year old and I came specifically for the How To Train Your Dragon toys. Unfortunately they were out so we were pretty bummed. The person ringing us out took the Toothless one that they had on display and handed it to my son. She didn’t have to do that but she went above and beyond to make our day. Thank you!

MY FIANCE GOT FOOD POISONING FROM EATING HERE LAST NIGHT. After going to the movies, I decided to stop and get food here last minute around 11:05 PM, and I ordered two Whopper Jr. 's and two Chicken Jr.'s. Around 6:00 AM, my fiancé woke up and started throwing up for the next 2 hours. I was fine, given that I ordered the Chicken and it was probably made fresh, but since he ordered the meat, I guarantee that it had been sitting there for HOURS. Will not be returning to this location, or likely any Burger King in the future - you could kill someone next time or make them really sick.
