Went in on my lunch break, only one car in the drive-thru, 4 employees, and nobody greeted me. Stood there for a few minutes awkwardly while some of the staff just looked at me without saying anything. One gal finally said someone would be with me, I told her that was fine but I am on my lunch break. She turned around, not doing any additional work but also not helping me. I waited another minute or so and then walked our bc they clearly had no sense of urgency. I didn't even get to eat on my lunch break bc I spent all of my time going there and wouldn't have time to go somewhere else. If they'd been busy I'd have understood but the one drive thru customer had already pulled away. I can only assume they just didn't want to do any work. *shrug*

I know that I can count on quick & friendly service when I visit this Burger King. I usually order my food on the BK app, & then go through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employees here have always been friendly, especially the lunch shift.

Smoker voice lady who is always on the intercom rushes you the entire time. No time to look at the menu. She always hands over the bag at the window like she's mad that you're there. won't say hello, the total, if that was all the food, or even goodbye. Just tosses the bag and shuts the window. My last trip, I ordered two bacon king meals and got two whopper meals instead, but she didn't give a receipt, so I couldn't resolve the issue with online support. Going to stop eating at this location.

I will literally drive 15 to 20 minutes. Out of my way to go to this particular Burger King it's not the closest but it has literally the best food ever. It's always super fresh and piping hot the services always direct and prompt and I think it's the best Burger King in Columbus.

Don’t try to eat at this one late on the weekend! The hours of operation are listed on their drive thru window that they’re open from 6pm- 1am on Saturdays. Online it says the same thing. We tried to order at 12:07am. Employees were inside the restaurant and wouldn’t take our order. The drive thru menu lights were on. The kitchen lights were on. We waited for a while, then pulled up to the window and honked the horn, and they ignored us. And you wonder why there are Burger Kings closing everywhere. I wonder how much business they lost in one night by shutting down everything early. If you’re not going to stay open during your hours of operation, then don’t advertise it that way. Thank you Wendy’s for actually being open when advertised!

My husband called today and asked if the inside playground was open and the lady told him no. I thought it would be open because it shows a picture of the play area on the Website for Burger King in Westerville. Needs to be updated because of not being open for kids to play

I don't know who needs to read this but you don't microwave the lettuce and tomatoes just the meat and cheese. Hot tomato and lettuce is disgusting
