Outstanding. One of the best in Columbus. Thin, crispy crust (we got the Columbus style crust - didn't try the NY Style on this visit), fresh toppings. Nice seasoning to the whole thing. Really great.

I love cardinal pizza and we frequent it a lot. I usually order a gluten free pizza and other items for my family. What I love is that pick up is smooth. I love the food. It is hard to get a seat but it is a small place so we’ve resorted to takeout now. However the last few times ordering by phone I have been met with cardinal pizza can you hold please and then they don’t wait for a reply and the phone slams down. I get they are busy but that is a bit off putting. Perhaps having more help so they aren’t as stressed could be helpful. Tonight when I ordered the same thing happened. I waited on hold. When she came back on she couldn’t hear me. Instead of saying I can’t hear you I was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened and I was placed on hold in the same manner. Then our order is missing ranch every time. My son likes his sub with ranch and a salad Cesar dressing. It has been missed the last few times we’ve ordered even though I was really specific this time when I ordered. It is marked correctly on the receipt. While this is minor in conjunction with the phone situation it isn’t very welcoming. We still love the food!

I'm a first-time customer. I ordered delivery of a New York style pizza. I asked for it to be well done. And whether or not you like pineapple on your pizza, I do, and I ordered ham, pineapple and onion. First of all, this pizza is limp and definitely not well done. It has pineapple on it in teeny tiny little pieces that I can barely taste. The ingredients are not evenly distributed on the pie, leaving the third or so of a slice near the crust with virtually no toppings. I'm not excited about the flavor either. It looks and tastes like somebody threw it together with no care. This is barely adequate enough to earn the title of pizza.
Also, I was ready to tip the delivery person, but they didn't even knock on the door or ring my doorbell, so they missed out on that.

One word: Phenomenal! Have been looking for some authentic NY style pizza for some time and this place fit the biill! Great big foldable slices and the taste was on point. Looking forward to trying it again!

Pizza is great. Ordered from them many times. My most recent order they didn't make one part of my order. So when my pizza was ready and I asked where the rest was. They were like oh making it now because WE didn't see it. So now pizza is getting cold and no compensation for my extra wait because of their error

I love Cardinal Pizza and they’ve been my go to in Westerville for quite some time! The service is always fast, pizzas always delicious, and reasonable pricing. I’ve never dined in but the bar looks cozy and inviting. I appreciate that they do curbside pickup, it makes eating out here more accessible.
