Their customer service is awful. I received moldy cookies and when contacting customer service via phone, I spent about ten minutes trying to explain to the representative how to spell my name. She still couldn’t get it right. Then she said she couldn’t find my order and I tried to explain to her that it was a gift and I didn’t order it and it was not delivered to my house; it was given to me in person. I just gave up and ended the call

The buttercream frosted cut out cookies are the BEST COOKIES I EVER ATE!!! Seriously. I’m not normally a cookie person, but it must just be because I never had Cheryl’s cookies. They are moist, tender, flavorful, and that buttercream icing is out of this world. They’re definitely on the sweet side so I just eat one at a time. But that just means I get to stretch out the deliciousness - they are definitely addictive but in the best way. Also a lovely gift 💝 to send anyone for any occasion. If you’re considering buying these cookies go for it.🥰

If you want your Christmas Cookies after Christmas order from Cheryl’s online. This company is company has a horrible delivery system. I ordered 130 dollars worth of their Christmas cookie packages and only have received half of it. They should rename the company Clown Service Cookies. If any of the clowns at Cheryl’s read this my order number is W01005962816042. You can’t get any customer service the normal way. I don’t even want to give the clown company a star.

When I placed an order online I was astounded to find out that a company based in Westerville oh was going to take a week to deliver cookies to Clintonville oh, a distance of about 15 miles. When I called customer service the only thing they could offer was to deliver them somewhere other than where I wanted them to go. They didn't specify where, just wanted me to give them an alternate place. You can't make this stuff up.

You never know what you're doing to find in here, but today I got two boxes of 48 mixed cookies for$25 each, and one box of Easter iced cutout cookies that were $40 for 100 cookies. Fantastic deals, but you've gotta catch them while they're still available! If you've got an event, it makes sense to stop in and see what they've got!

Ordered online for Valentines Day was supposed to be delivered on Feb 13 or 14th. Didn't show up was on FedEx truck but they didn't deliver it. Had order refunded. Not worth it. NEVER AGAIN.
Carry, the retail services person was great. She's been there for , probably 3 years. Friendly and knowledgeable. The retail store is fun, friendly and efficient with great values.

Cheryl's Cookies is an Ohio company that everyone we know loves! The Westerville store is fun to visit because your can pick out each cookie and treat yourself. They make great gifts for just about anyone, and any occasion because they have sugar free, and I believe gluten free. They always have holiday cookies and special occasion cookies. They also have cookie dough to make your own cookies in a refrigerator in this store.
The Westerville store is handicapped accessible, really clean, not at cramped, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Cheryl's Cookies also has a small store at The James Cancer Hospital on The Ohio State University campus.
Very highly recommended!

Don’t buy these cookies- they put dye in them which is poison read the ingredients: yellow #5 red #3 all these different colors are dyes that are just chemicals that cause cancer- DON’T BUY until they REMOVE the DYE- stop poisoning us!
