I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A locations, and this is by far the worst one. Every single time I visit, there’s only one person taking orders outside, and the drive-thru wait is 10–15 minutes or more. Even mobile orders take just as long , no one brings the food out, even when it’s clearly ready. Instead, staff stand by the door handing orders to one person at a time, while everyone else waits unnecessarily. The food quality is also disappointing. The “crispy” chicken is soggy by the time it’s handed over because it’s been sitting there getting cold. Our order, like many others, was missing items and sauces.
This is clearly a management issue. It’s obvious from all the one-star reviews that nothing is being done to fix the long wait times, poor organization, and lack of customer care. Honestly, it would be a great idea if the entire staff from this location went to other Chick-fil-A restaurants for proper training because it looks like they’ve completely lost the standard that makes Chick-fil-A known for excellent service.
Chick-fil-A usually sets a high bar for quality and efficiency, but this location fails to meet even the basics.

Awesome food, waffle 🧇 fries 🍟 better than McDonald's. The chicken sandwich 🥪, juicy full of flavor. The waffle fries 🍟 tasted like 👍 👌 real potatoes 🥔.

Not your normal Chick-fil-a! Every time I go to this new location it is not good service. I do the mobile order and wait 10-15mins. I would understand if busy but I am the first car in line. The lemonade didn’t taste right and was told the manger says it is fine. Never asked if we want sauce anymore either. Maybe bring back the my pleasure because this place has changed for the bad.

Every time I order from here it doesn’t matter if it’s through the app or through the drive thru my order is always wrong. This location sucks! its like the people are not even reading what is being ordered.
Poor example of a good brand. Food was cold and Managment was not engaged. Pass on this one.

Not your average Chi fil a! They have a lot in common with the BMV which is waiting. On top of the waiting, you usually get a side of the wrong order. I would avoid if you want a “normal” wait time or the correct order. Urgency and accuracy does not exist here, but the waiting room is clean. Hope they get better.

I can’t give Chick-fil-A just one star, but this location might deserve it. I’ve been here a lot, both drive thru and in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service here is slow and bad, a deadly combination.
I don’t know if they’ve ever gotten an order correct. Busy or not, they just can’t seem to deliver the right food.
They do have a play area which is rare.

This is the nicest and cleanest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Service was very friendly and fast and the chicken and hash browns I got were freshly fried. Coffee OK. Fresh flowers on every table. I was not a big Chick-Fil-A fan but this experience was very pleasant.
