First time going to this location and made two separate orders through the drive thru. Ordered 2 Medium and 1 Large of the new Mango Passion Sunjoys and was not told until we actually received our drinks that they only come in a small. Also I had rewards so I decided to add on a chicken sandwich, they scanned my reward but we didn't realize until after I had paid and got my receipt that the reward didn't go through. I went inside to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it, so I paid for a chicken sandwich I was only going to get because I had a reward.

Worst place in the world. They treat with so much disrespect. What a waste of time and money. They didn’t honor the mobile order and wasted all the time. Staffs have lot of time to chat and have fun rather than servicing waiting customers.

Got a chrispy chicken sandwich and it was subpar at best. It wasn't crispy at all and the fries were over done. I asked for a refund and management was rude. And the atmosphere was terrible and they were hostile to my child. We didn't feel invited at all.
This might be the slowest chic-fil-a I've been too. I live nearby and pick up several doordash orders, and routinely stand and wait for over 5-10 mintues. If this store cannot get orders out faster, I will just ignore them in the
