Food was delicious, they made it super quick, and were extremely quick as well. The cashier was also extremely polite and helpful. First try and highly recommend!!

I used to love this place. I visit almost everytime I was shopping in that area. I loved how wholesome and homie and loving the place always seemed to be. Always greeted and well taken care of the wonderful staff, some had been there for quite some time but the staff lately had seemed to really work well together and really love their job. The decor presents warm quotes about humanity. I had always believed it was a wholesome place and had a wonderful warm experience until today. I was finishing my lunch and the fires the majority of the staff in the dining room in front of everyone! Those poor people! They worked hard and was humiliated, not very hospitable or empathetic as they like to push themselves as. I will never be back that’s just distasteful and will forever leave a sour feeling in my stomach!

Chicken Salad Chick has always been a great place with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, which is why this experience was so disappointing. During my visit, management fired staff members in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. The employees were visibly upset and left crying, and it created an awful environment for everyone in the restaurant.
No matter the situation, that kind of conversation should be handled privately and with respect. Because of how poorly this was handled, I won’t be returning. I hope management reflects on this and does better moving forward—for both their employees and their customers.

I go here every week as a treat. I absolutely loved the staff who worked here such wonderful people with great personalities! Today I go in here with my granddaughter and we are enjoying our meal. Next thing I know I see the entire staff I love and enjoy walking out the door! I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was completely repulsive. I believe that they had all been fired and that whoever fired them have complete lack of judgment! My granddaughter and I will find a new place to bond. I absolutely cannot tolerate such disrespect and lack of morals in a place I use to hold dear to my heart!

I used to enjoy coming to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch every week. However, my most recent experience was incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing. While I was there, I witnessed what appeared to be the entire staff getting fired. Watching employees be dismissed like that right in front of customers was unsettling and unprofessional. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made me feel awkward and uneasy just sitting there. Regardless of what was going on behind the scenes, handling something like that publicly shows a lack of respect for employees and customers alike. I left feeling uncomfortable and won’t be returning anytime soon.

I like their chicken salads, so decided to try this location and both times was a bit upset at the service. First time, I went to pick up my order and there were 3 workers by the registers and 1 greeted me as she was stocking the small fridge with the chicken salads. I told her I had a pick up order and she proceeded to answer the phone. Another older lady working there, was just walking about and finally asked what I needed in an upset tone. Told her I had a pick up order, was bagged and walked out in less than 2 min. Second time I wanted to order, I had to call since I wanted to ask if I could do a pickup order since the o line ordering was not working, definitely needs some updates. Lady that answered seemed annoyed that I even asked if I could do a pick up order and handed her phone to the manager. Guy was equally as upset that I was even calling, told me I could only order with him if it was 2 items or less. I decided to just not order anything. I was never rude, so just experiencing this was a bit upsetting, and there are more reviews on the workers being rude so…

One particular incident that stood out was when staff threw away prepared chicken salads before closing time, only to later retrieve them from the trash and serve them to incoming customers after realizing more people were on their way. The food was sorted and served without any apparent consideration for safety or quality. Needless to say, it was quite an eye-opener.
