The manager also offered and did replace my soup as it had been sitting for a few minutes. Great all around service, excellent food, and fun options for both meal and dessert cake 🍰 great establishment

I like their chicken salads, so decided to try this location and both times was a bit upset at the service. First time, I went to pick up my order and there were 3 workers by the registers and 1 greeted me as she was stocking the small fridge with the chicken salads. I told her I had a pick up order and she proceeded to answer the phone. Another older lady working there, was just walking about and finally asked what I needed in an upset tone. Told her I had a pick up order, was bagged and walked out in less than 2 min. Second time I wanted to order, I had to call since I wanted to ask if I could do a pickup order since the o line ordering was not working, definitely needs some updates. Lady that answered seemed annoyed that I even asked if I could do a pick up order and handed her phone to the manager. Guy was equally as upset that I was even calling, told me I could only order with him if it was 2 items or less. I decided to just not order anything. I was never rude, so just experiencing this was a bit upsetting, and there are more reviews on the workers being rude so…

One particular incident that stood out was when staff threw away prepared chicken salads before closing time, only to later retrieve them from the trash and serve them to incoming customers after realizing more people were on their way. The food was sorted and served without any apparent consideration for safety or quality. Needless to say, it was quite an eye-opener.

Great chicken salad and fruit cup .. chicken poblano soup was yummy but not to spicy..friendly staff.. my new favorite place.. croissant are flaky and fresh ..

They have about a dozen type of chicken salad. They also have pre-packaged chicken salad to take home. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. You order your meal at the counter, and someone will bring it to your table. They have soda and tea available. During lunchtime, parking can be tricky. They do have a restroom available.

Went there a couple hours before closing they were out of almost everything. And as I was standing there evaluating the menu, the girl sneezed in her hand and didn’t even leave to go wash it so I just walked out. It will never be back. If it’s not instinct for a worker to go wash their hand after they’ve sneezed in it I don’t ever wanna eat there

Opens at 10am......I open front door at 10:05am. The register is not counted, I was somewhat abruptly told I had to pay with a card. And the self service case was literally empty. And the cashier seemed a little bit miffed That I wanted some flavors of chicken salad that were not out there. I'm not gonna apologize for supporting your business and paying your freaking hourly rate, Overall experience was pretty pathetic. And yes, there were a few little weird pieces of chicken in the classic carol. Overall a loss. Will not be back.

Really good chicken salad and they have a great variety of chicken salads to choose from. I also liked the choice of sides they had.
