First off the 4 is only because they state they make it from scratch and the soup is reheated from a bag. This is not scratch made (in my opinion).

The chicken salad I had was really good. The croissant was cut wonky which made for a top that fell apart while trying to eat it.

The broccoli salad was good, but the cheese was in a big lump. The value for the meal deal was all here. Plenty of crackers, a cute cookie and crunchy pickle. The soup...

I tried this place for lunch and it was good, something different quick and easy!! I got the tuna melt on croissant! It was really good! I definitely will come back to try menu options!

My first time in a Chicken Salad Chick and I was blown away by the service, taste, and value!! Everyone working was so friendly and helpful, with the general lack of service we have come to expect nowadays this place knows how to do it right!! You can tell their employees are trained and truly care. The chicken salad was delicious, my side of pasta salad was very flavorful, great sweet tea, and the white chocolate cake was perfect! I could not believe how much I got for the price....
